Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING PROCEDURES FOR GIVING RELAXATION TECHNIQUES TO INCREASE BREATH IN ADAPTATION OF BIRTH PAIN ON STAGE I PRIMIGRAVIDAWITH NORMAL LABOR ABSTRACT Deep breathing relaxation techniques can improve the adaptability of labor pain in the first stage I. As many as 90% experiencing severe pain, 7-14% do not experience pain. A total of 13.69% of mothers choose SC non indication primi due to not want to feel pain during childbirth. Then there is the influence of deep breathing relaxation techniques to increase childbirth pain adaptation stage 1. This study aims to describe the provision of nursing care procedures in a breath relaxation techniques for improving adaptation pain in childbirth in primigravida with a normal delivery. This research useresearch descriptive and use data collection techniques used in this study is the observation guideline documentation. Number of subjects used were 2 documents. Assessment on the subject of the first and second document said intermittent nausea and pain. Formulated nursing diagnoses is painful childbirth is by using the standard operating procedures (SOP). The implementation that provides deep breathing relaxation techniques procedure. The subject of the first and second on day one when the stage 1 on 17 April 2018, the implementation is done according to procedure. Evaluation was conducted based on the purpose of nursing that have been prepared using SOAP. Based on these results it can be concluded that the existence of some differences with the theories that have been made researchers from assessment through to evaluation of nursing.
