Abstract

DESCRIPTION A NURSING CARE FOR DIARRHEA PATIENTS WITH MEETING NEEDS OF HEALTH CARE NOT EFFECTIVE IN PUSKESMAS 1 DENPASAR SELATAN ABSTRACT Non-communicable diseases that attack the digestive system one of which is diarrhea. Defecation in liquid form is a characteristic of diarrheal disease. One of the nursing problems that arise in diarrhea patients is ineffective health care. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in diarrhea patients in meeting the needs of ineffective health care, including data from assessments to nursing evaluations at Puskesmas I, South Denpasar. This study uses a descriptive study with a case study design through 2 patient documents conducted on 2 to 5 April 2020. Based on the literature review of the study found that the assessment of the two patients found that patients lack an understanding of healthy behavior, have a history of behavior seeking less health assistance , shows less interest in promoting healthy behavior and does not have a support system (support system). The nursing diagnoses that are formulated are ineffective health maintenance. Nursing planning focuses on teaching hygienic and healthy living behavior carried out 3x visits with a duration of 30 minutes. The results of the case study in the evaluation found that both patients had implemented a clean and healthy life after being given health education about PHBS with the results of both patients saying understood the importance of health care, the patient was able to implement the advice given by health workers, the patient washed his hands with soap and clean water. Suggestions are expected by the patient and the patient's family to support each other to maintain the health of family members. Keywords: Diarrhea, Nursing Care, Ineffective Health Care. GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN DIARE DENGAN PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN PEMELIHARAAN KESEHATAN TIDAK EFEKTIF DI PUSKESMAS 1 DENPASAR SELATAN ABSTRAK Penyakit tidak menular yang menyerang system pencernaan salah satunya yaitu diare. Buang air besar dalam bentuk cair merupakan karakteristik dari penyakit diare. Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien diare yaitu pemeliharaan kesehatan tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui gambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien diare dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pemeliharaan kesehatan tidak efektifmeliputi data pengkajian sampai dengan evaluasi keperawatan di Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi kasusmelalui 2 dokumen pasien yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 sampai 5 April 2020. Berdasarkan literature reviewpenelitian ditemukan pengkajian pada kedua pasien didapatkan pasien kurang menunjukkan pemahaman tentang perilaku sehat, memiliki riwayat perilku mencari bantuan kesehatan yang kurang, kurang menunjukkan minat untuk meningkatkan perilaku sehat dan tidak memiliki system pendukung (support system).Diagnosa keperawatan yang dirumuskan yaitu pemeliharaan kesehatan tidak efektif. Intervensi keperawatan berfokus pada mengajarkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dilakukan 3x kunjungan dengan durasi 60 menit. Hasil studi kasus pada evaluasi didapatkan bahwa kedua pasien sudah menerapkan hidup bersih dan sehat setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang PHBS dengan hasilkedua pasien mengatakan paham tentang pentingnya pemeliharaan kesehatan, pasien mampu menerapkan anjuran yang diberikan tenaga kesehatan, pasien mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air bersih. Saran diharapkanpasien dan keluarga pasien agar tetap saling mendukung mempertahankan kesehatan anggotakeluarga. Kata Kunci : Diare, asuhan keperawatan, pemeliharaan kesehatan tidak efektif.
