Abstract
FOOD CONSUMPTION CONTRIBUTION AND MACRO NUTRITION CONSUMPTION LEVELS WITH SCHOOL NUTRITION STATUS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL NO 3 MEKAR BHUANA ABIANSEMAL BADUNG ABSTRACT The health problem experienced at this time is the number of school children who love snacks in the school environment. Nutritional status is a condition of the body due to the balance between food intake and absorption of nutrients by the body and the use of nutrients. This nutritional status is distinguished between poor, deficient, good, and more nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the contribution of snacks and the level of consumption of macronutrients with the nutritional status of school children in Primary School No 3 Mekar Bhuana. This type of research is an observational study using a cross-sectional design. The number of samples studied was 64 samples. Data collection techniques with interview methods, Kuisoner, 2 x 24 hour recall, height measurement and weight weighing. Analysis of data used univariate and bivariate analyses with Pearson correlation test. The nutritional Status of school children in Primary School No 3 Mekar Bhuana is in the normal category of 76.6%. The results showed that there was no relationship between the contribution of energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate food snacks with the level of nutrient consumption of macro with the value (p > 0.05). There is a link between energy consumption levels, proteins, fats and carbohydrates with nutritional status with value (p > 0.05). KONTRIBUSI MAKANAN JAJANAN DAN TINGKAT KONSUMSI ZAT GIZI MAKRO DENGAN STATUS GIZI ANAK SEKOLAH DI SD NO 3 MEKAR BHUANA ABIANSEMAL BADUNG ABSTRAK Permasalahan kesehatan yang dialami saat ini adalah banyaknya anak sekolah yang gemar jajan dilingkungan sekolah.Status gizi adalah kondisi tubuh akibat keseimbangan antara asupan makanan dan penyerapan gizi oleh tubuh serta penggunaan zat gizi.Status gizi ini dibedakan antara status gizi buruk, kurang, baik, dan lebih.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan kontribusi makanan jajanan dan tingkat konsumsi zat gizi makro dengan status gizi anak sekolah Di SD No 3 Mekar Bhuana. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 64 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, kuisoner, recall 2 x 24 jam, pengukuran tinggi badan dan penimbangan berat badan. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis univariate dan bivariate dengan uji korelasi pearson. Status gizi anak sekolah di SD No 3 Mekar Bhuana berada dalam kategori normal yaitu 76,6 % . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan anatara kontribusi energi , protein, lemak dan karbohidrat makanan jajanan dengan tingkat konsumsi zat gizi makro dengan nilai (p > 0,05). Ada hubungan antara tingkat konsumsi energi , protein , lemak dan karbohidrat dengan status gizi dengan nilai (p > 0,05 ).
