Abstract

Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease with the number one cause of death globally every year. According to the WHO in 2014 it was estimated that nearly 600 patients suffering from hypertension throughout the world. Even though hypertension counseling is often done in all provinces of Bali in 2017 there are 4,048 sufferers who suffer from hypertension. Gianyar Regency occupies the second position in the number of hypertension 154,989 in 2018. The method used in the preparation of scientific papers is descriptive method with a case study approach. The subjects used in this case study are different clients from the same case in UPT Sukawati I Gianyar. Hypertension client nursing care with anxiety ranging from assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. Based on this study shows that there are similarities between one subject and another who have high blood pressure and anxiety. This is expected to to be an informationtion material for the health service both hospitals and health centers in providing information to patients with high blood pressure by giving massage therapy. Keywords: Nursing Care, Anxiet Hipertensi adalah penyakit kardiovaskuler dengan angka penyebab kematian nomer satu secara global setiap tahunnya. Menurut WHO 2014 diperkirakan hampir 600 penderita yang menederita hipertensi diseluruh dunia. Walaupun sering dilakukannya penyuluhan hipertensi di seluruh provinsi bali tahun 2017 berjumblah 4.048 penderita yang menderita hipertensi. Kabupaten Gianyar menepati posisi ke 2 jumblah hipertensi 154,989 di tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan dakam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah klien yang berbeda dengan kasus yang sama di UPT Kesmas Sukawati I Gianyar. Asuhan keperawatan klien hipertensi dengan ansietas mulai dari pengkajian, diagnosis kepeawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi keperawatan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menujkkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan antara subjek satu dengan yang lainnya yang mempunya tekanan darah tinggi dengan ansietas. Hal ini diharapkan menjadi bahan informasi bagi pihak pelayanan kesehatan baik rumah sakit ataupun puskesmas dalam memberikan informasi terhadap penedita tekanan darah tinggi dengan pemberian terapi massage.
