Abstract

ABSTRACT Hypertension is a condition when blood pressure in blood vessels increases chronically. Signs and symptoms of hypertension, one of which is discomfort, patients who experience hypertension will experience signs and symptoms of discomfort, in UPT Sukawati I in 2018 the number of cases of hypertension reaches 13,983 cases. The purpose of this scientific paper research is to describe nursing care by providing acupressure therapy in meeting the needs of comfort in hypertensive patients. This type of research used in this research is descriptive type with a case study approach in two hypertensive patients in the journal repository. The results of a case study from a journal observation in the Denpasar Poltekkes repository on April 6, 2020 to April 9, 2020, obtained the results of the study showed that patients found signs of symptoms and formulated a nursing diagnosis of discomfort. The nursing plan is that the patient is given acupressure therapy. Implementation given to patients is the provision of acupressure therapy. Evaluation results obtained after being given nursing care is given acupressure therapy at points LI 11, GB 20, CV 12, SP 6, ST 36 for three days for 15-20 minutes, the patient said he felt comfortable, the patient said he felt better. Discussion of the interventions that will be carried out in the form of acupressure therapy, implementation is given acupressure therapy at points LI 11, GB 20, CV 12, SP 6, ST 36, which can stimulate mast cells to release hidtmine as a mediator of blood vessel vasolidation mediation, resulting in increased blood circulation make the body become relaxation. Conclusions from research journal search results there is a decrease in discomfort. Suggestions for patient researchers hope patients are able to implement acupressure therapy measures that have been given by researchers. Key words: discomfort, hypertension, acupressure. ABSTRAK Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan ketika tekanan darah di pembulu darah meningkat secara kronis. Tanda dan gejala dari hipertensi salah satunya adalah gangguan rasa nyaman, pasien yang mengalami hipertensi akan mengalami tanda dan gejala gangguan rasa nyaman, di UPT Kesmas Sukawati I di tahun 2018 jumlah kasus hipertensi mencapai 13,983 kasus. Tujuan penelitian karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan dengan pemberian terapi akupresure dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan rasa nyaman pada pasien hipertensi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada dua pasien hipertensi di jurnal repository. Hasil dari pengamatan jurnal pada repository Poltekkes Denpasar pada tanggal 6 April 2020 sampai 9 April 2020, didapat hasil penelitian menunjukan pada pasien ditemukan tanda gejala dan dirumuskan diagnosis keperawatan yaitu gangguan rasa nyaman. Rencana keperawatan yaitu pasien diberikan terapi akupresure. Implementasi yang diberikan pada pasien yaitu pemberian terapi akupresure. Hasil evaluasi yang didapatkan setelah diberikan asuhan keperawatan terapi akupresure pada titik LI 11, GB 20, CV 12, SP 6, ST 36, selama tiga hari selama 15-20 menit, pasien mengatakan merasa nyaman, pasien mengatakan merasa lebih baik. Pembahasan intervensi yang akan dilakukan berupa terapi akupresure, implementasi yang diberikan terapi akupresure pada titik LI 11, GB 20, CV 12, SP 6, ST 36, yang dapat menstimulasi sel mast untuk melepaskan hidtmine sebagai mediator vasolidatasi pembulu darah, sehingga terjadi peningkatan sirkulasi darah yang menjadikan tubuh menjadi relaksasi. Simpulan hasil penelusuran jurnal penelitian terdapat penurunan gangguan rasa nyaman. Saran bagi pasien peneliti berharap pasien mampu menerapkan secara mandiri tindakan terapi akupresure yang telah di berikan oleh peneliti. Kata kunci: Gangguan rasa nyaman, hipertensi, akupresure.
