Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN GASTRITIS PATIENT IN READINESS OF NUTRITION IMPROVENESS IN REGION WORK OF UPT KESMAS SUKAWATI I GIANYAR ABSTRACT Gastritis is a digestive system disorder that is in the form of inflammation of the gastric mucosa. The incidenceof gastritis in thr world reaches 1,8-2,1 million sufferers. Gastritis cases at the UPT Public Health Unit Sukawati I reached 382 patients. Characteristics of gastritis include reduced appetite, full feeling in the stomach, epigastric pain (solar plexus), and nausea. The purpose of this scientific paper research is to describe nursing care in gastritis patients in their readiness to improve nutrition. The method used in the preparation of this scientific paper is descriptive with a case study approach in two gastritis patients with readiness to improve nutrition. The results obtained in this study were that both patients understood about the gastritis diet, patients were able to apply the recommendations given by health workers, patients ate with balanced nutrition. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that the entire process starting from the assessment to the evaluation is in accordance with the theory. Suggestions for the head of the UPT Public Health Unit Sukawati I to improve provide counseling to the community and to the families of patients so that continue to support each other to maintain the health of family members. Keywords : Gastritis, Readiness to Improvement, Nursing Care GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN GASTRITIS DALAM KESIAPAN PENINGKATAN NUTRISI DI WILAYAH KERJA UPT KESMAS SUKAWATI I GIANYAR ABSTRAK Gastritis merupakan gangguan sistem pencernaan yaitu berupa peradangan mukosa lambung. Insiden gastritis di dunia mencapai 1,8-2,1 juta penderita. Kasus gastritis di UPT Kesmas Sukawati I 382 penderita. Karakteristik pada gastritis meliputi nafsu makan berkurang, rasa penuh pada perut, nyeri pada epigastrium (ulu hati), dan mual. Tujuan penelitian karya tulis ilmiah ini untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien gastritis dalam kesiapan peningkatan nutrisi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada dua pasien gastritis dengan kesiapan peningkatan nutrisi. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah kedua pasien mengatakan paham tentang diet gastritis, pasien mampu menerapkan anjuran yang diberikan tenaga kesehatan, pasien makan dengan gizi yang seimbang. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil penelitian ini adalah seluruh proses yang dimulai dari pengkajian hingga evaluasi sudah sesuai dengan teori. Saran untuk Kepala UPT Kesmas Sukawati I untuk meningkatan memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dan kepada keluarga pasien agar tetap saling mendukung mempertahankan kesehatan anggota keluarga.
