Abstract
A STUDY OF BLODD GLUCOSE LEVEL IN SERUM AND NATRIUM FLOURIDE (NaF) PLASMA ABSTRACT Clinical laboratory examination is one of the most important supporting factors in assisting diagnosis of a disease, one of which is blood glucose examination. Blood glucose levels can be checked using serum samples and NaF plasma. The purpose of this study was to describe blood glucose levels in serum and NaF plasma. This study is a descriptive study, 30 samples was selected by Systematic Random Sampling. Blood glucose level was measured by GOD-PAP method. The result of serum blood glucose level examination was highest 167,6 mg/dL, lowest 87,46 mg/dL, and mean 108,0 mg/dL. While on the result of NaF plasma blood glucose level examination was highest 170,7 mg/dL, lowest 90,06 mg/dL, and mean 111,8 mg/dL. From the results it was concluded that serum blood glucose levels were lower than plasma glucose level of NaF with the highest percentage of decrease was 6.33%, the lowest was 0.06% and the average was 2.78%. Keywords: Blood glucose, serum, NaF plasma GAMBARAN KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH PADA SERUM DAN PLASMA NATRIUM FLOURIDA (NaF) ABSTRAK Pemeriksaan laboratorium klinik merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang yang sangat penting dalam membantu diagnosa suatu penyakit, salah satunya adalah pemeriksaan glukosa darah. Kadar glukosa darah dapat diperiksa dengan menggunakan sampel serum dan plasma NaF. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kadar glukosa darah pada serum dan plasma NaF. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, 30 sampel dipilih secara Systematic Random Sampling. Kadar glukosa sampel diperiksa dengan metode GOD-PAP. Hasil pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah tertinggi pada serum 167,6 mg/dL, terendah 87,46 mg/dL, dan rata-rata 108,0 mg/dL. Sedangkan pada pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah plasma NaF diperoleh hasil tertinggi 170,7 mg/dL, terendah 90,06 mg/dL, dan rata-rata 111,8 mg/dL dengan persen penurunan tertinggi 6,33%, terendah 0,06% dan rata-rata 2,78%. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kadar glukosa darah serum lebih rendah daripada kadar glukosa plasma NaF dengan persentase penurunan tertinggi adalah 6,33%, terendah adalah 0,06% dan rata-rata 2,78%.
