Abstract

Persalinan seksio sesaria dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan.Seksio sesaria yaitu suatu pembedahan, dimana janin dilahirkan lewat insisi pada dinding rahim. Masa pemulihan pada ibu post seksio sesaria berangsur lebih lambat, dikarenakan nyeri pembedahan yang membuat ibu takut untuk bergerak. Sehingga, ibu tidak dapat menyusui bayinya, jika bayi tidak disusui segera maka menghambat pengeluaran ASI dan terjadi bendungan ASI. Sehingga perlu di lakukan perawatan payudara untuk memperlancar sirkulasi darah dan mencegah tersumbatnya saluran ASI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan prosedur perawatan payudara untuk mengatasi menyusui tidak efektif pada ibu post seksio sesaria. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriftif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan studi dokumentasi pada dua orang pasien post seksio sesaria di Ruang Dara RSUD Wangaya. Hasil penelitian antara lain pengkajian terdapat perbedaan pada hasil studi kasus dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Diagnosa keperawatan tidak diangkat diruang kebidanan, namun menggunakan diagnosa kebidanan. Belum terdokumentasi perencanaan keperawatan, melainkan mengunakan rencana asuhan kebidanan post seksio sesaria. Pelaksanaan prosedur perawatan payudara telah dilakukan pada kedua pasien. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan SOAP. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan. Cesarean section deliveries from year to year enhancer. Cesarean section is a surgery, in which the fetus is born through an incision in the uterine wall. The recovery period in post cesarean section women is gradually slower, due to surgical pain that makes the mother afraid to move. Thus, the mother cannot breastfeed her baby, if the baby is not breastfed immediately it inhibits breastfeeding and the ASI dam occurs. So it is necessary to do breast care to facilitate blood circulation and prevent blockage of the ASI channel. This study aims to determine the description of breast care nursing care procedures to cope with ineffective breastfeeding in post cesarean section mothers. The research design used was descriptive with a case study design. The study was conducted using observation and documentation study techniques on two post-cesarean section patients in the Wangaya Dara Hospital. The results of the study include the study that there are differences in the results of case studies with theories that are used as references by researchers. Nursing diagnoses are not appointed in the midwifery room, but use obstetric diagnosis. Not yet documented nursing planning, but using a cesarean section post obstetric care plan. The implementation of breast care procedures was carried out in both patients. Evaluation is based on SOAP. This research is expected to be used as a reference in implementing nursing care.
