Abstract
RELATIONSHIP OF FAMILY SUPPORT WITH PREGNANT WOMAN'S PREGNANT WOMEN IN HIV IN CONSIDERING ARV IN RSUD MANGUSADA BADUNG IN 2018 ABSTRACT The number of people with HIV is increasing from year to year, especially in pregnant women who are at risk of fetal condition so that pregnant woman with HIV must consume ARV regularly. But in fact that level of non-compliance is getting lower. Some factors that influence, among others, family support. This study aims to determine the relationship of family support to the compliance of HIV-infected pregnant women in taking antiretroviral drugs at Mangusada Badung Hospital in 2018. The type of research used is correlational with cross sectional approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique counted 31 people. The data collection instrument used a family support questionnaire and a compliance measurement observation sheet using the pill counts method. The results showed that 15 people (48.4%) of HIV-infected pregnant women received good family support, and from 31 respondents most had compliance with the obedient category of 20 people (64.5%). Hypothesis test used is chi-square test with p value = 0,000 (α = 0,05), so there is a significant correlation between family support and compliance of pregnant HIV-infected pregnant woman in RSUD Mangusada Badung. Based on the results of research is expected to the family to always provide support, motivation, and meet the needs of everyday patients both physiology and psychology during treatment program. For hospitals expected to know the effectiveness of family support for antiretroviral adherence in HIV-infected pregnant women, can improve the quality of family support to provide counseling to HIV-infected pregnant women.
