Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF MENTAL EMOTIONAL DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE AT MANGUSADA HOSPITAl BADUNG 2023 ABSTRACT Heart failure is a problem that is commonly found throughout the world, with more than 20 million people affected by heart failure. Anxiety, depression, anger, and other negative emotions which are symptoms of mental emotional disorders are triggered by the length of time the patient is undergoing treatment, so they need proper assistance and counseling. This study aims to describe emotional mental disorders in patients with congestive heart failure. This study used a quantitative approach by collecting data from 40 respondents of congestive heart failure patients aged 40-70 years at Mangusada General Hospital using a Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ) consisting of 20 questions. The results showed that based on the age of 16 people (40%) in the age range of 56-65 years, based on gender there were 18 people (45%) with female sex, based on education as many as 17 people (42.5%) from the level of education basis, based on the work of 12 people (30%) from the work of housewives (IRT). And most of the heart failure patients experience emotional mental disorders as many as 35 people (85%). It can be concluded that the majority of research subjects experienced emotional mental disorders. Keywords: Emotional Mental Disorder, Congestive Heart Failure, depression GAMBARAN GANGGUAN MENTAL EMOSIONAL PADA PASIEN GAGAL JANTUNG KONGESTIF DI RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Gagal jantung menjadi permasalahan yang banyak ditemukan diseluruh dunia, dengan lebih dari 20 juta orang yang terkena gagal jantung. Kecemasan, depresi, rasa marah, dan emosi negatif lainnya yang merupakan gejala dari gangguan mental emosional itu dipicu dari lamanya pengobatan yang dijalani oleh pasien sehingga memerlukan bantuan dan konseling yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran gangguan mental emosional pada pasien gagal jantung kongestif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari 40 responden pasien gagal jantung kongestif berusia 40-70 tahun di RSU Mangusada menggunakan kuesioner Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ) yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan usia sebanyak 16 orang (40%) dalam rentang usia 56-65 tahun, berdasarkan jenis kelamin sebanyak 18 orang (45%) dengan jenis kelamin perempuan, berdasarkan pendidikan sebanyak 17 orang (42,5%) dari tingkat pendidikan dasar, berdasarkan pekerjaan 12 orang (30%) dari pekerjaan Ibu rumah tangga (IRT). Serta sebagian besar pada pasien gagal jantung mengalami gangguan mental emosional sebanyak 35 orang (85%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas subjek penelitian mengalami gangguan mental emosional.
