Abstract

THE LEVEL OF PATIENT SATISFACTION WITH DENTAL AND ORAL HEALTH SERVICE AT THE INDEPENDENT PRACTICE DENTAL THERAPISTS IN 2023 (The study was conducted at one of the independent practices of dental therapists in Peguyangan Village North Denpasar District) ABSTRACT Patient satisfaction is the patient's response to the suitability of the patient's level of importance or expectation before they receive dental and oral health services with after the dental and oral health services they receive.The purpose of this study was to describe the satisfaction level of patient through the service at the independent practice of dental therapists in Peguyangan village, north Denpasar district in 2023. The method used in this study was descriptive with the survey method. The number of respondents in this study was 30 people. As the result from 30 respondents show tangibles dimension, all sub-dimensions obtained very satisfied criteria as much as 83%, from the reliability dimension showed all sub-dimensions obtained very satisfied criteria as much as 73%, from the responsiveness dimension showed all sub-dimensions obtained very satisfied criteria as much as 77%, from the assurance dimension Showing all sub-dimensions obtaining very satisfied criteria, dental therapist sub-officers skilled in carrying out their duties and polite and friendly sub- services obtaining very satisfied criteria as much as 80%, and from the empathy dimension showing all sub-dimensions obtaining very satisfied criteria as much as 60%.. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that all dimensions of satisfaction, including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are considered very satisfied with the service received. Keywords : satisfaction, dental health service, the independent practice TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN GIGI DAN MULUT PADA PRAKTIK MANDIRI TERAPIS GIGI DAN MULUT TAHUN 2023 (Studi dilakukan pada salah satu Praktik Mandiri Terapis Gigi dan Mulut di Desa Peguyangan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara) ABSTRAK Kepuasan pasien adalah tanggapan pasien terhadap kesesuaian tingkat kepentingan atau harapan pasien sebelum mereka menerima jasa pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut dengan sesudah pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang mereka terima. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada praktik mandiri terapis gigi dan mulut di Desa Peguyangan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode survei. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 30 orang. Hasilnya dari 30 responden menunjukkan dimensi tangibles, seluruh sub dimensinya memperoleh kriteria sangat puas sebanyak 83%, dari dimensi reliability menunjukkan seluruh sub dimensinya memperoleh kriteria sangat puas sebanyak 73%, dari dimensi responsiveness menunjukkan seluruh sub dimensinya memperoleh kriteria sangat puas sebanyak 77%, dari dimensi assurance menunjukkan seluruh sub dimensinya memperoleh kriteria sangat puas, sub petugas terapis gigi dan mulut terampil dalam melaksanakan tugasnya serta sub pelayanan yang sopan dan ramah memperoleh kriteria sangat puas sebanyak 80%, dan dari dimensi empathy menunjukkan seluruh sub dimensinya memperoleh kriteria sangat puas sebanyak 60%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua dimensi kepuasan, meliputi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy dinilai sangat puas terhadap pelayanan yang diterima.
