Abstract

Description of Violent Behavior in Schizophrenic Patients at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital in 2023 ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a mental health problem that can cause a person's condition to experience hallucinations, delusions and changes in abnormal behavior. one of the most common symptoms of schizophrenia is the emergence of violent behavior that can be physically detrimental, such as injuring oneself, others, and the environment. The purpose of this study was to describe violent behavior in schizophrenic patients at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital in 2023. This study used a descriptive research method with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling using total sampling technique, the number of samples in this study amounted to 35 research subjects. The instrument used was the RUFA Scale observation sheet. The results of this study indicate that the research subjects were based on age with the majority aged 20-30 years as many as 22 people (62.9%), the majority of the sexes were male as many as 31 people (88.6%) and women as many as 4 people (11 .4%), the majority did not work as many as 25 people (71.4%), violent behavior from 35 research subjects there were 21 people (60.0%) in the Intensive I category, 13 people (2.5%) in the category Intensive II, and 1 person (2.5%) in the Intensive III category. GAMBARAN PERILAKU KEKERASAN PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA DI RUMAH SAKIT JIWA PROVINSI BALI TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Skizofrenia adalah masalah kesehatan mental yang dapat menyebabkan kondisi seseorang mengalami halusinasi, delusi dan perubahan perilaku yang tidak normal. salah satu gejala yang paling banyak menderita skizofrenia adalah munculnya perilaku kekerasan yang dapat merugikan secara fisik, seperti melukai diri sendiri, orang lain, dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku kekerasan pada pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 subjek penelitian. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi Skala RUFA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian berdasarkan usia dengan mayoritas usia 20-30 tahun sebanyak 22 orang (62,9%), berjenis kelamin mayoritas jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 31 orang (88,6%) dan perempuan sebanyak 4 orang (11,4%), pekerjaan dengan mayoritas tidak bekerja sebanyak 25 orang (71,4%), perilaku kekerasan dari 35 subjek penelitian terdapat 21 orang (60,0%) dengan kategori Intensif I, 13 orang (2,5%) pada kategori Intensif II, dan 1 orang (2,5%) dalam kategori Intensif III, Kata Kunci : Perilaku Kekerasan, Skizofrenia, Kesehatan mental
