Abstract

Description of Personality Types of Drug Abusers at BNN Bali Province in 2023 ABSTRACT Drug abuse (narcotics, psychotropics, and other addictive substances) is pathological drug dependence (outside of medication) and results in disruption of social life, school or work. Internal factors of drug abuse are usually self-inflicted, one of which is personality. Excessive drug use can have negative impacts on life and health psychologically, physically and socially, such as the appearance of hallucinations, decreased level of awareness of quality of life disturbances and even the worst impact is death. This study aims to determine the personality type of drug abusers at the BNN Bali Province in 2023 This research uses a descriptive research type with a cross sectional approach and uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely a total sample with a sample size of 30 people. The measuring instrument used is the Eysenck Personlity Inventory (EPI) instrument. The results showed that of the 30 research subjects the highest percentage had an extrovert personality type of 20 people (67%), based on the characteristics of the age of 20-33 years had an extrovert personality type of 17 people (85.0%), according to male gender 13 people (65.0%) have extrovert personality types, from the level of education, namely the secondary education level, 14 people (70.0%) have extrovert personality types. Keywords: Drugs, Abusers, and Personality Types GAMBARAN TIPE KEPRIBADIAN PENYALAHGUNA NAPZA DI BNN PROVINSI BALI TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Penyalahgunaan NAPZA (narkotika, psikotropika, dan zat adiktif lainnya) merupakan ketergantungan obat patologis (di luar pengobatan) dan mengakibatkan terganggunya kehidupan sosial, sekolah atau pekerjaan. Faktor internal penyalahgunaan NAPZA biasanya disebabkan oleh diri sendiri, salah satunya adalah kepribadian. Penggunaan NAPZA yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi kehidupan dan kesehatan secara psikologis, fisik dan sosial, seperti munculnya halusinasi, menurunnya tingkat kesadaran gangguan kualitas hidup bahkan dampak paling buruknya adalah kematian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tipe kepribadian penyalahguna NAPZA di BNN Provinsi Bali Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu total sampel dengan besar sampel 30 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu instrument Eysenck Personlity Inventory (EPI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 orang subjek penelitian presentase tertinggi yaitu memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert sebanyak 20 orang (67 %), berdasarkan karakteristik usia 20-33 tahun memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert sebanyak 17 orang (85.0%), menurut jenis kelamin laki-laki yang memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert sebanyak 13 orang (65.0%), dari tingkat pendidikan yaitu jenjang pendidikan menengah yang memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert sebanyak 14 orang (70.0%).
