Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINTS EXPERIENCED IN CHRONIC KIDNEY DESEASE PATIENTS UNDERGOING INTRAHEMODIALYSIS AT SANJIWANI GIANYAR HOSPITAL IN 2023 ABSTRACT Chronic kidney failure is one of the diseases whose number is increasing every year. Chronic kidney failure is a disease that causes progressive kidney damage in the form of abnormalities in kidney structure and function with a decrease in filtration rate (GFR) for more than 3 months. This study aims to determine the picture of treatment for complaints experienced in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing intrahemodialysis at Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital in 2023. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using Non probability sampling technique with total sampling method of 36 respondents. The instrument used is an observation sheet. Based on the results of research conducted at Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital with a total of 36 respondents, with the majority aged 45-59 years as many as 19 people (52.8%), gender with the majority of men as many as 23 people (63.9%), based on occupations with the majority not working as many as 16 people (44.4%). The time of onset of the complaint was experienced in chronic renal failure patients undergoing intrahemodialysis with the majority of complaints of nausea and vomiting at the 4th hour as many as 3 people (8.3%), headache complaints at the 4th hour as many as 4 people (11.1%) , complaints of chest pain at the 3rd and 4th hour with the same number of responses as many as 2 people (5.6%), complaints of muscle cramps at the 4th hour as many as 3 people (8.3%), and no complaints at 1st hour as many as 36 people (100.0%). So it can be concluded that the concomitant excitement appears at the 4th hour. Keywords: Complaints, Chronic Kidney Desease, Intrahemodialysis GAMBARAN KELUHAN YANG DIALAMI PADA PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIS YANG MENJALANI INTRAHEMODIALISIS DI RSUD SANJIWANI GIANYAR TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Gagal ginjal kronis adalah salah satu penyakit yang jumlahnya semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Penyakit gagal ginjal kronis merupakan suatu penyakit yang menyebabkan kerusakan ginjal secara progresif berupa kelainan struktur dan fungsi ginjal dengan penurunan laju filtrasi (GFR) selama lebih dari 3 bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perawatan terhadap keluhan yang dialami pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani intrahemodialisis di RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Non probability sampling dengan metode total sampling yaitu sejumlah 36 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar dengan jumlah responden 36 orang, dengan mayoritas umur 45 – 59 tahun sebanyak 19 orang (52,8%), jenis kelamin dengan mayoritas laki-laki sebanyak 23 orang (63,9%), berdasarkan pekerjaan dengan mayoritas tidak bekerja sebanyak 16 orang (44,4%). Waktu teirjadinya keiluhan yang dialami pada pasiein gagal ginjal kronis yang meinjalani intraheimodialisis deingan mayoritas keiluhan mual muntah pada jam kei-4 seibanyak 3 orang (8,3%), keiluhan nyeiri keipala pada jam kei-4 seibanyak 4 orang (11,1%), keiluhan nyeiri dada pada jam kei-3 dan kei-4 deingan jumlah reispondein sama seibanyak 2 orang (5,6%), keiluhan kram otot pada jam kei-4 seibanyak 3 orang (8,3%), dan tidak ada keiluhan pada jam kei-1 seibanyak 36 orang (100.0%). Seihingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa keiluhan yang seiring muncul yaitu pada jam kei-4. Kata Kunci: Keluhan, Gagal Ginjal Kronis, Intrahemodialisis
