Abstract
Description Of Bacteria In Pregnant Women's Urine At Tangguwisia Hospital, Buleleng ABSTRACT Pregnancy is a process that starts from the stage of conception until the birth of the fetus. Changes in the urinary tract increase the risk of UTI. Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are often found in pregnancy with a recurrent prevalence of around 10%. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of bacteria in the urine of pregnant women at Tangguwisia Hospital Buleleng. This study used a descriptive study with laboratory examinations carried out at the Tangguwisia Buleleng Hospital Laboratory. The examinations used include dipstick and microscopic examination. The sample size in this study was 30 subjects with a sampling technique that was incidental. From the results of the study, 7 respondents (23.33%) were positive for the presence of bacteria in the urine and 23 respondents (76.67%) were negative for the presence of bacteria in the urine. The conclusion of this study was that the presence of bacteria in the urine of pregnant women was caused by a lack of understanding about maintaining personal hygiene. Keywords: Pregnant women, UTI, Carik Celup, personal hygiene Gambaran Bakteri Pada Urin Ibu Hamil Di RSUD Tangguwisia Buleleng ABSTRAK Kehamilan adalah sebuah proses yang dimulai dari tahap konsepsi sampai lahirnya janin. Perubahan fisiologis pada saluran kemih sepanjang kehamilan meningkatkan risiko ISK. Infeksi saluran kemih (ISK) sering ditemukan pada kehamilan dengan prevalensi rerata sekitar 10%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran bakteri pada urin ibu hamil RSUD Tangguwisia Buleleng. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pemeriksaan laboratorium dilakukan di Laboatorium RSUD Tangguwisia Buleleng. Pemeriksaan yang digunakan meliputi carik celup dan pemeriksaan mikroskopis. Besar sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 30 subjek dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu isidental. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan sebanyak 7 responden (23,33%) positif keberadaan bakteri pada urin dan 23 responden (76,67%) negatif keberadaan bakteri pada urin. Simpulan pada penelitian ini masih ditemukan keberadaan bakteri pada urin ibu hamil yang disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang menjaga personal hygiene.
