Abstract
MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “MF” 23 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 22 WEEKS 5 DAYS OF GESTATION TO 42 DAYS OF POST PARTUM Care is Carried Out in The Work Area of UPTD Puskesmas 1 Denpasar Timur ABSTRACT The Continuity of Care (COC) midwifey care provided by the midwife enable monitoring of pregnancy progress to ensure maternal health and optimal fetal growth and development, faciliated early detection of abnormalities of potential complications to reducing maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality rates. The final report aimed to describe the outcomes of midwifery care implementation for Mrs. “MF” a 23-year-old primigravida woman and her baby, who received comprehensive and continuous COC midwifery care in accordance with standards from 22 weeks 5 days of gestation until 42 days postpartum. The care was provided from October 2025 to March 2026 using methods such as interviews, documentation, and direct care provision. Mrs. “MF”’s pregnancy progressed physiologically, labor occured spontaneously without complications, the postpartum period proceeded normally, the baby was in good health, and growth and development milestones were appropriate. The provision of midwifery care for Mrs. “MF” from pregnancy throught the postpartum period progressed physiologically. This condition indicated that the author, the midwife, and the family had delivered care in accordance with their authority and midwifery care service standards. Keywoards: Continuity of Care, Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Infant ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “MF” UMUR 23 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 22 MINGGU 5 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas 1 Denpasar Timur ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan Continuity of Care yang bidan berikan dapat memantau kemajuan kehamilan untuk memastikan kesehatan ibu dan tumbuh kembang bayi, mengenal secara dini adanya ketidaknormalan atau komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi saat hamil, mempersiapkan persalinan minim trauma dan menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu serta perinatal. Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan Asuhan Kebidanan pada Ibu “MF” umur 23 tahun primigravida beserta anaknya yang menerima asuhan kebidanan COC sesuai standar secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan dari umur kehamilan 22 minggu 5 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Asuhan dimulai dari bulan Oktober 2025 hingga Maret 2026 menggunakan metode wawancara, pendokumentasian dan pemberian asuhan secara langsung. Proses kehamilan Ibu “MF” berlangsung fisiologis, proses persalinan spontan dan tanpa penyulit, masa nifas berlangsung fisiologis, bayi dalam keadaan sehat, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sesuai. Penerapan asuhan kebidanan Ibu “MF” mulai dari kehamilan sampai masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis. Keadaan ini menunjukkan bahwa penulis, bidan dan keluarga telah memberikan asuhan sesuai kewenangan dan standar pelayanan kebidanan. Kata Kunci: Continuity of care, Kehamilan, Persalinan, Nifas, Bayi
