Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI TERAPI AKTIVITAS KELOMPOK STIMULASI PERSEPSI SESI 2 DENGAN HARGA DIRI RENDAH PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA DI RSJ PROVINSI BALI (Studi Kasus di Ruang Drupadi Wilayah Kerja UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali) ABSTRAK Skizofrenia adalah sindrom kompleks yang menimbulkan efek merusak diri sendiri atau orang lain, gejala negatif dari skizofrenia salah satunya adalah harga diri rendah. Harga diri rendah merupakan perasaan negatif terhadap diri sendiri yang dapat diekspresikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Menurut penelitian yang dilakukan, Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi dapat mengatasi harga diri rendah pada pasien skizofrenia di RSJ Provinsi Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Stimulasi Persepsi Sesi 2 Pada Pasien Skizofrenia Dengan Harga Diri Rendah . Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian dilakukan melalui pengkajian, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap lima subyek penelitian. Ditemukan tanda gejala harga diri rendah dan dirumuskan diagnosis keperawatan yaitu harga diri rendah. Rencana keperawatan pada pasien harga diri rendah yaitu diberikan terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi. Implementasi yang diberikan oleh perawat kepada kelima subyek dilakukan sesuai dengan intervensi yang telah direncanakan yaitu pemberian terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi. Hasil penelitian pada kelima subyek yaitu pemberian terapi aktivitas kelompok stimulasi persepsi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kesesuaian antara temuan peneliti, temuan peneliti lain, dan teori yang ada dari pengkajian sampai evaluasi. Low self-esteem is a negative feeling towards oneself that can be expressed either directly or indirectly. According to the research conducted, Therapy for Stimulation Perception Group Activity can overcome low self-esteem in schizophrenic patients at the RSJ in Bali Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care giving therapy activities Perception Stimulation Group to Overcome Low Self-Esteem in Schizophrenic Patients in 2024. Type of descriptive study with a case study design. The results of the study were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation by nurses on five subjects. Found signs of low self-esteem symptoms and formulated nursing diagnoses namely low self-esteem. Nursing plans in patients with low self-esteem are given group activity therapy perception stimulation. The implementation given by nurses to the five subjects was carried out in accordance with planned interventions, namely the provision of group activity therapy perception stimulation. The results of the evaluation on the five subjects namely giving group activity therapy perception stimulation. The conclutions of the research show there is a match between the findings of the researcher, the findings of other researchers, and the existing theories from the assessment to the evaluation.
