Abstract
Description Of Mother's Knowledge Level And Response About The Incidence Of Toddlers' Diarrhea On Banjar Sama Pedungan Village In 2021. Diarrhea is a bowel disorder characterized by defecation more than 3 times a day with the consistency of liquid stools, can be accompanied by blood and or lenders. Diarrheal disease in Indonesia is a disease that very often attacks in children, especially children under the age of two years. If the treatment of diarrhea is not handled correctly it will result in the risk of death. This study aims to find out an description of mother's knowledge level and response about the incidence of toddlers' diarrhea on Banjar Sama Pedungan Village in 2021. The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive research with cros-sectional approach and sample deflating technique using non-probability technique with purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 54, data collected through the filling of online questionnaires. The results showed a good level of knowledge as many as 31 respondents (57.4%), and respondents with sufficient knowledge as many as 23 respondents (42.6%). While respondents who have a good attitude as many as 43 respondents (79.6%), and 11 respondents (20.4%) have enough attitude. The results of this study are expected that mothers can seek information and increase knowledge about diarrhea in toddlers so that they can perform first aid when toddlers have diarrhea.
