Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN SEKSIO SESAREA MOTHER WITH INEFFECTIVE BREASTFEEDING YEAR 2020 ABSTRACT Ineffective breastfeeding is a condition where the mother and baby experience dissatisfaction or difficulty while breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in post seksio sesarea mothers with ineffective breastfeeding in Wangaya General Hospital in 2020. The research method used was descriptive research with a case study design carried out in April 2020. The samples used were two patients who met inclusion criteria. The instrument used is the guideline for documentation observation. The results obtained include nursing studies, there are differences in the results of case studies with the theory used as a reference by researchers. Nursing diagnoses are not documented by officers, but in rooms using obstetric diagnoses. Interventions are not documented in the patient's medical records. In the implementation and evaluation section there are differences in the results of case studies with theories that are used as references by researchers. This happened because the policies of the hospital and documentation of nursing care were used as references by health workers (midwives) in Wangaya Hospital with different researchers. The results of this study are expected so that this study can be used as a guideline by health workers and the hospital in applying nursing care to post seksio sesarea mothers, data obtained from the polytechnic repository Denpasar. Keywords: post seksio sesarea , ineffective breastfeeding, nursing care GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU POST SEKSIO SESAREA DENGAN MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Menyusui tidak efektif merupakan suatu kondisi dimana ibu dan bayi mengalami ketidakpuasan atau kesulitan pada saat menyusui. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post seksio sesraea dengan menyusui tidak efektif tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain data dari repository Poltekkes Denpasar yang dilaksanakan bulan April 2020. Sampel yang digunakan adalah dua pasien yang memenuhi kriteria insklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan meliputi pengkajian keperawatan terdapat perbedaan pada hasil data dari repository dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Diagnosa keperawatan tidak didokumentasikan oleh petugas, melainkan diruangan menggunakan diagnosa kebidanan. Intervensi tidak didokumentasikan pada kedua rekam medis pasien. Pada bagian implementasi dan evaluasi terdapat perbedaan pada hasil data dari repository dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Hal ini terjadi karena kebijakan dari rumah sakit dan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan yang dijadikan acuan oleh tenaga kesehatan (bidan) di RSUD Wangaya dengan peneliti berbeda. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perbedaan dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti baik dari pengkajian sampai dengan evaluasi keperawatan. data yang diperoleh dari repository Poltekkes Denpasar.
