Abstract

Assessment of the quality of life in patients hemodialysis is important thing in giving information to make decisions. The purpose of this paper is to determine the correlation of long undergo hemodialysis with the quality of life. Methods used 3 database ( google scholar, research gate, portal garuda ) sought to span years 2010 until 2019 in form of the results of research and a review that discussing relations long undergo hemodialysis and quality of life. Key words long undergo hemodialysis, quality of life, kidney failure chronic. It is got 17 journal that in accordance with the criteria for inclusion. 6 articles that analyzes on the relations long undergo hemodialysis with quality of life and there are 11 other articles supportive of the writer statement. Range long undergo hemodialysis from 6 months until 5 years, most in the category <12 months, 12-24 months, > 24 months with the old most hemodialysis >24 months. The category of patients hemodialysis by the span quality of life is kind to bad and dominated with the quality of life of enough. P value of each research that span 0.035 until 1,98. The conclusion is one research said there were correlation long undergo hemodialysis with quality of life and 5 other study said there was no correlation between long undergo hemodialysis and quality of life. Keywords: Long undergo hemodialysis, Quality of life , Chronic renal failure Penilaian kualitas hidup pada pasien hemodialisa (HD) merupakan hal yang penting dalam memberikan informasi untuk mengambil keputusan baik pasien yang menjalani HD lama ataupun baru. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan lama hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pencarian artikel sesuai criteria inklusi dengan 3 database (Google Scholar, Research Gate, Portal Garuda) yang dicari pada rentang tahun 2010 sampai 2019 berupa laporan hasil penelitian dan review yang membahas hubungan lama menjalani hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik (GGK). Kata kunci lama hemodialisa, kualitas hidup, gagal ginjal kronik. Didapatkan 17 jurnal yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. 6 artikel yang menganalisa mengenai hubungan lama menjalani hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup dan terdapat 11 artikel lainnya mendukung mengenai pernyataan penulis. Rentang lama HD berkisar dari 6 bulan hingga 5 tahun terbanyak pada kategori < 12 bulan, 12-24 bulan dan > 24 bulan dengan persentase terbanyak lama HD > 24 bulan. Kategori kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisa dengan rentang baik hingga buruk dan didominasi dengan kualitas hidup cukup. Didapatkan rentang p value dari masing-masing penelitan yaitu 0.035 sampai 1,98. Kesimpulan 1 penelitian menyatakan terdapat hubungan lama menjalani hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup sedangkan 5 penelitian lainnya menyatakan tidak terdapat hubungan antara lama menjalani HD dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik.
