Abstract

OVERVIEW OF ADOLESCENT GIRLS’ REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BEHAVIOR AT ADOLESCENT INTEGRATED HEALTH POSTS ABSTRACT Adolescent reproductive health is an important aspect in shaping future health behavior. Posyandu Remaja (Adolescent Integrated Health Services) has become an effective community-based health education and service platform to enhance adolescent knowledge and healthy behaviors. This study aims to assess the reproductive health behavior of adolescent girls in Posyandu Remaja within the working area of UPTD Puskesmas II Denpasar Barat. The study used a descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 61 adolescent girls aged 10–19 years were selected using Slovin formula and non-probability sampling techniques based on inclusion criteria. The data collected in this study were primary data, gathered from March to April 2026 using a validated and reliable questionnaire instrument covering knowledge, attitudes, and actions. The results showed that the majority of respondents were aged 10–14 years (57.4%) with a primary education level (73.7%). Univariate analysis indicated that the mean knowledge score was 94.67, attitude 98.2, and action 89.84. Overall, adolescent girls’ reproductive health behavior was categorized as good (93.4%), but 6.6% still showed fairly good behavior. These findings indicate that there is still variation in the behavior of some respondents, reflecting inconsistent behavior. Therefore, continuous education efforts are needed to improve the consistency of reproductive health behavior in the future. Posyandu Remaja menjadi salah satu sarana edukasi dan pelayanan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku sehat remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku remaja putri terkait kesehatan reproduksi di Posyandu Remaja wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas II Denpasar Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 61 responden remaja putri usia 10–19 tahun, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik non-probability sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data penelitian ini adalah data primer, yang dikumpulkan pada bulan Maret-April 2026 menggunakan instrumen kuesioner pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan, yang telah divalidasi dan reliable. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berusia 10–14 tahun (57,4%) dengan tingkat pendidikan dasar (73,7%). Analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja putri dengan rerata 94,67, sikap dengan rerata 98,2, dan tindakan dengan rerata 89,84. Secara keseluruhan, perilaku remaja putri tergolong baik (93,4%), namun masih ada 6,6% yang menunjukkan perilaku cukup baik, temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat variasi pada beberapa responden yang menunjukkan perilaku yang kurang konsisten. diperlukan upaya edukasi yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan konsistensi perilaku kesehatan reproduksi di masa depan.
