Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE: CONTINUITY OF CARE FOR 27-YEAR-OLD PRIMIGRAVID MOTHER "KS" FROM 19 WEEKS OF GESTATION TO 42 DAYS OF POST-POST ABSTRACT Continuity of Care (COC) is the provision of continuous midwifery care starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum to newborns, early detection to prevent complications that can threaten the lives of mothers and babies and is expected to reduce MMR and IMR. This report aims to determine the results of care provided to mothers "KS" from 19 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum who are given midwifery care according to standards. This study uses a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care was provided from October 18, 2025 to April 10, 2026. Pregnancy care took place physiologically without complications, complementary care provided prenatal yoga, massage, warm compresses. The labor process lasted for 30 minutes, IMD was successful at 35 minutes, stage III 5 minutes and monitoring of stage IV within normal limits, complementary care relaxation techniques, massage and birth ball. The postpartum period, up to 42 days, is physiological, with complementary care including Kegel exercises, oxytocin massage and a 3-monthly injection as contraception. The baby cried immediately after birth, weighing 3100 grams. KN 1, 2, and 3 were physiological, with complementary care including infant massage and compassion, sharpening, and nurturing. The entire pregnancy process through the postpartum period is physiological. Midwives are advised to provide standard and complementary midwifery care. Keywords: Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Baby, Complementary Care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN CONTINUITY OF CARE PADA IBU “KS” USIA 27 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 19 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Continuity of Care (COC) merupakan pemberian asuhan kebidanan secara bersinambungan mulai dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas hingga bayi baru lahir mendeteksi dini untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi yang dapat mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi serta diharapkan dapat menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu ”KS” dari kehamilan 19 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan mulai 18 oktober 2025 sampai 10 april 2026. Asuhan kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis tanpa komplikasi, asuhan komplementer yang diberikan prenatal yoga, masage, kompres hangat. Proses persalinan berlangsung selama 30 menit, IMD berhasil pada menit ke 35, kala III 5 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal, asuhan komplementer teknik relaksasi, massage dan birth ball. Masa nifas sampai 42 hari berlangsung fisiologis, asuhan komplementer pijat oksitosin, senam kegel, kontrasepsi dipilih suntik 3 bulan. Bayi lahir segera menangis, BBL 3100 gram, asuhan KN 1, 2, 3 berlangsung fisiologis, asuhan komplementer dengan pijat bayi dan asih, asah, asuh. Seluruh proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas berjalan secara fisiologis. Kepada bidan agar memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar dan komplementer.
