Abstract

PERBEDAAN INTENSITAS NYERI DISMINORE PRIMER SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH DIBERIKAN TERAPI AKUPRESURE TITIK LI 4 (HEGU) DAN ST 36 (ZUSANLI) PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 2 DENPASAR ABSTRAK Disminore primer disebabkan karena meningkatnya hormon prostaglandin, sehingga menimbulkan nyeri tanpa adanya kelainan sistem resproduksi. Akupresure titik LI 4 (Hegu) dan ST 36 (Zusanli) salah satu terapi nonfarmakologis yang dapat menurunkan intensitas nyeri dismninore. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan intensitas nyeri disminore primer sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi akupresure titik LI 4 (Hegu) dan ST 36 (Zusanli) pada remaja putri. Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Responden sebanyak 81 remaja putri dari SMAN 2 Denpasar dipilih melalui teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) didapatkan pretest rata-rata intensitas nyeri disminore primer sebesar 6,15 menurun menjadi 1,81 setelah intervensi. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan p-value = 0,001. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan sangat signifikan sebe lum dan sesudah diberikan terapi akupresure titik LI 4 (Hegu) dan ST 36 (Zusanli). Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan melakukan pengamatan dalam jangka waktu lebih panjang untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan keamanan terapi secara lebih komprehensif. Kata kunci : Disminore primer, remaja putri, terapi akupresure titik LI 4 (Hegu) dan ST 36 (Zusanli) DIFFERENCES IN THE INTENSITY OF PRIMARY DYSMENORRHEA PAIN BEFORE AND AFTER ACUPRESSURE THERAPY AT LI 4 (HEGU) AND ST 36 (ZUSANLI) POINTS IN ADOLESCENT GIRLS AT SMA NEGERI 2 DENPASAR ABSTRACT Primary dysmenorrhea is caused by increased prostaglandin hormone levels, resulting in pain without any abnormalities in the reproductive system. Acupressure at LI 4 (Hegu) and ST 36 (Zusanli) points is one of the non-pharmacological therapies that can reduce the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain. This study aimed to determine the differences in the intensity of primary dysmenorrhea pain before and after acupressure therapy at LI 4 (Hegu) and ST 36 (Zusanli) points in adolescent girls. The research design used a one-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 95 adolescent girls from SMAN 2 Denpasar were selected through the Simple Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The results showed that the mean intensity of primary dysmenorrhea pain in the pretest was 6,15 and decreased to 1.81 after the intervention. The Wilcoxon test results showed a p-value = 0.001. The conclusion of this study is that there was a highly significant difference before and after acupressure therapy at LI 4 (Hegu) and ST 36 (Zusanli) points. Future researchers are advised to conduct observations over a longer period to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the therapy more comprehensively.
