Abstract

A MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “KR” 27 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM THE PREGNANCY AGE 16 WEEK 2 DAYS UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Case Study Conducted in the Work Area of the North Denpasar III Community Health Center Regional Technical Services Unit ABSTRACT Based on Maternal Perinatal Death Notification data for 2022–2023, maternal and infant mortality rates are increasing. In this care, the mother underwent laboratory tests in the second trimester, which did not meet the 12T standards. The mother complained of back pain, abdominal itching, and frequent urination during pregnancy. Complementary techniques were provided in the form of prenatal yoga, gym balls, relaxation, and effleurage massage to address back pain and frequent urination. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of continuous midwifery care for pregnant women aged 16 weeks 2 days through the postpartum period and newborns. Delivery at 37 weeks 5 days of gestation was spontaneous at the midwife, with complementary care in the form of a birth ball, counterpressure, and lavender aromatherapy. Normal delivery: stage I 6 hours, stage II 60 minutes, stage III 5 minutes, and stage IV normal. The baby was born healthy and received Early Initiation of Breastfeeding and infant massage. The postpartum period was uncomplicated, with normal involution, lactation, and lochia processes with oxytocin massage and postpartum exercises. After the postpartum period, the mother used an intrauterine device (IUD). Newborn care and developmental care were provided until 42 days of age according to standards. In conclusion, the comprehensive and continuous implementation of COC, accompanied by complementary interventions, effectively improves maternal and infant health and prevents complications. Midwives are expected to continue providing care according to midwifery practice standards. Keywords: Midwifery Care; Pregnancy; Childbirth; Postpartum; Infant; Complementary Care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “KR” UMUR 27 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 16 MINGGU 2 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelayanan Teknis Daerah Puskesmas III Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data Maternal Perinatal Death Notification tahun 2022–2023, angka kematian ibu dan bayi meningkat. Pada asuhan ini ibu melakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium di trimester II, tidak sesuai dengan standar 12T, keluhan ibu nyeri punggung, gatal pada perut dan sering kencing selama kehamilan, diberikan teknik komplementer berupa prenatal yoga, gym ball, relaksasi dan massage effleurage untuk mengatasi nyeri punggung dan sering kencing. Studi ini bertujuan mengevaluasi penerapan asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan pada ibu hamil usia 16 minggu 2 hari hingga masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Persalinan pada usia kehamilan 37 minggu 5 hari spontan di Bidan, dengan asuhan komplementer berupa birth ball, counterpressure dan aroma terapi lavender. Persalinan normal: kala I 6 jam, kala II 60 menit, kala III 5 menit, dan kala IV normal. Bayi lahir sehat mendapatkan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini dan pijat bayi. Masa nifas tanpa komplikasi, dengan proses involusi, laktasi, dan lokea normal dengan pijat oksitosin dan senam nifas. Setelah masa nifas, ibu menggunakan kontrasepsi IUD. Perawatan bayi baru lahir, asuhan tumbuh kembang dilakukan hingga usia 42 hari sesuai standar. Simpulanmya penerapan COC yang komprehensif berkelanjutan, disertai intervensi komplementer, efektif meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi serta mencegah terjadinya komplikasi.
