Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “KA” 33 YEARS OLD MULTIRAVIDA FROM 23 WEEKS 3 DAYS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM PERIOD Care was carried out at UPTD Puskesmas Nusa Penida I ABSTRACT Comprehensive midwifery care according to standards from pregnancy to postpartum is one of the efforts to reduce maternal and infant mortality. The purpose of this case study is to determine the results of the implementation of Midwifery Care for a 33-year-old multigravida mother 'KA' and her baby who received Continuity of Care midwifery care according to comprehensive standards from 23 weeks 3 days of gestation to 42 days of postpartum. The case determination method used was through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care was provided from November 3, 2025 to April 1, 2026. Mother "KA"'s pregnancy progressed physiologically. During pregnancy, she received antenatal care according to minimum 12T service standards plus ultrasound and mental screening. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications by implementing 60 APN steps. Complementary care received by the mother during pregnancy, labor and postpartum included prenatal yoga, cat cow pose, warm water compresses and also using olive oil and VCO, Kegel exercises, and the SPEOS method. Complementary care for babies includes infant massage. Pregnancy and postpartum processes occur physiologically. Midwifery care during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period is standard and authorized. Midwives must always provide standardized midwifery care because it is crucial to monitor and detect complications during pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, and the baby. Keywords: Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, Baby, Continuity Midwifery Care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY "KA" UMUR 33 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 23 MINGGU 3 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan dilaksanakan di UPTD Puskesmas Nusa Penida I ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif sesuai standar dari kehamilan sampai masa nifas adalah salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan Asuhan Kebidanan pada ibu ‘KA’ umur 33 tahun multigravida beserta bayinya yang menerima asuhan kebidanan Continuity of Care sesuai standar secara komprehensif umur kehamilan 23 Minggu 3 hari sampai dengan 42 hari masa nifas. Metode penentuan kasus yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari tanggal 3 November 2025 sampai 1 April 2026. Kehamilan ibu “KA” berjalan secara fisiologis. Selama kehamilan mendapat asuhan antenatal sesuai standar pelayanan minimal 12T ditambah USG dan Skrining jiwa. Ibu bersalin secara pervaginam tanpa komplikasi dengan menerapkan 60 langkah APN. Asuhan komplementer yang didapat ibu selama kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas yaituyoga prenatal, cat cow pose, kompres air hangat dan juga menggunakan minyak zaitun dan VCO, senam kegel, metode SPEOS. Asuhan komplementer untuk bayi yaitu pijat bayi. Pada masa hamil sampai nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan pada kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, sudah sesuai standar dan wewenang. Bidan harus selalu memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standarkarena sangat penting untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
