Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR NY.W WITH CHRONIC PAIN DUE TO CA MAMMAE IN THE GOPALA ROOM OF MANGUSADA RSD 2026 ABSTRACT Breast cancer or mammary carcinoma is a type of cancer with a high incidence and death rate in women in the world. This disease is often diagnosed at an advanced stage, causing various problems, one of which is chronic pain which can reduce the patient's quality of life. This case study aims to describe nursing care for patients with chronic pain due to breast cancer in the Gopala Room, Mangusada RSD in 2026. The method used is a case study with a rescue process approach including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of the assessment showed that the patient complained of pain, felt sad because he thought his illness would not be cured, the patient appeared to grimace, was restless and his family assisted him in carrying out activities. The diagnosis of bleeding that was made was chronic pain associated with tumor infiltration. The treatment plan provided includes pain management, relaxation therapy and analgesics. The implementation results showed a reduction in pain intensity from a scale of 4/10 to 3/10 as well as improvements in the patient's physical and psychological condition. Evaluation after implementation of Mrs. W for 3 x 24 hours showed that all goals and outcome criteria had been achieved, but the problem of chronic pain had not been resolved. In conclusion, care with a comprehensive approach can reduce chronic pain and improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients. Keywords: Chronic Pain, Ca Mammae, Nursing Care ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA NY.W DENGAN NYERI KRONIS AKIBAT CA MAMMAE DI RUANG GOPALA RSD MANGUSADA TAHUN 2026 ABSTRAK Kanker payudara atau carcinoma mammae merupakan salah satu jenis kanker dengan angka kejadian dan tingkat kematian yang tinggi pada perempuan di dunia. Penyakit ini sering terdiagnosis pada stadium lanjut sehingga menimbulkan berbagai masalah, salah satunya nyeri kronis yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan nyeri kronis akibat kanker payudara di Ruang Gopala RSD Mangusada tahun 2026. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan pasien mengeluh nyeri, merasa sedih karena berpikir penyakitnya tidak akan sembuh, pasien tampak meringis, gelisah dan aktivitas dibantu keluarga. Diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan adalah nyeri kronis berhubungan dengan infiltrasi tumor. Perencanaan keperawatan yang diberikan meliputi manajemen nyeri, terapi relaksasi dan pemberian analgesik. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan adanya penurunan intensitas nyeri dari skala 4/10 menjadi 3/10 serta perbaikan kondisi fisik dan psikologis pasien. Evaluasi keperawatan setelah pemberian implementasi keperawatan pada Ny.W selama 3 x 24 jam menunjukkan bahwa seluruh tujuan dan kriteria hasil telah tercapai, namun masalah keperawatan nyeri kronis belum teratasi. Kesimpulannya, asuhan keperawatan dengan pendekatan komprehensif dapat menurunkan nyeri kronis dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker payudara.
