Abstract

Comprehensive and continuous midwifery services can be provided as a form of improving the quality of mothers and babies so as to prevent obstetric and neonatal complications. This report aims to determine the results of care provided to mother 'HS' from 16 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum and newborns. This study uses a case study with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation. Care was provided from September 2025 to April 2026. The development of mother 'HS's' pregnancy was physiological with the implementation of 10T according to standards and complementary care provided, namely prenatal yoga, gym ball effleurage and oxytocin massage. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications at UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Timur. The first stage lasted for 2 hours, the second stage 20 minutes, the third stage 5 minutes and monitoring of the fourth stage was within normal limits. The baby was born crying immediately, actively moving, reddish skin and birth weight 3,250 grams and IMD had been carried out and was successful in the first hour. The process of uterine involution, lochia discharge and lactation during the postpartum period took place normally. The process of pregnancy until the postpartum period in mother ‘HS’ took place physiologically and the midwifery care provided was in accordance with standards. Midwifery care must be provided according to standards as an effort to monitor and detect complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and babies. Keywords: baby, pregnancy, postpartum, childbirth, complementary Pelayanan kebidanan menyeluruh dan berkesinambungan dapat diberikan sebagai bentuk peningkatan kualitas ibu dan bayi sehingga mampu mencegah komplikasi obstetrik dan neonatal. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu ‘HS’ dari umur kehamilan 16 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan September 2025 hingga April 2026. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu ‘HS’ berjalan fisiologis dengan penerapan 12T sesuai standar serta asuhan komplementer yang diberikan, yaitu prenatal yoga, gym ball, effleurage dan pijat oksitosin. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi di UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Timur. Kala I berlangsung selama 2 jam, kala II 20 menit, kala III 5 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, gerak aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3.250 gram serta telah dilakukan IMD dan berhasil pada 1 jam pertama. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu ‘HS’ berjalan secara fisiologis dan asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan telah sesuai standar. Asuhan kebidanan harus diberikan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
