Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR 25-YEAR-OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA MOM “ND” FROM 24 WEEKS GESTATIONAL AGE TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD The Midwifery Care was conducted in UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Timur 2026 ABSTRACT Pregnancy is a continuous process beginning with the union of an ovum and spermatozoa (fertilization), followed by implantation. A normal pregnancy typically progresses over a period of 40 weeks until delivery. Every woman is at risk of experiencing complications throughout this process however, complications during the prenatal, intranatal, and postnatal phases can be prevented through early detection and standardized, integrated antenatal care. This case study aims to evaluate the implementation of midwifery care for Mrs. "ND," a 25 year old primigravida, from 24 weeks of gestation through 42 days postpartum. Data were collected through interviews, physical examinations, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care for Mrs. "ND" proceeded physiologically. The newborn was born vigorous, with a strong cry and active muscle tone; Immediate Newborn Drying and Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIB) were performed for 1.5 hours. During the postpartum period, lochia discharge, uterine involution, the status of the post placental IUD, and lactation all functioned physiologically. In conclusion, the comprehensive care provided during pregnancy, labor, the postpartum period, and for the newborn followed physiological processes in accordance with prevailing regulations and evidence based standards. Complementary care, such as massage therapy, was also administered to the mother from pregnancy through the postpartum period and to the infant from 4 days to 42 days. Keywords: Pregnancy, inpartu, postpartum, baby, midwifery care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “ND” UMUR 25 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 24 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan dilaksanakan di UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Timur 2026 ABSTRAK Kehamilan meupakan suatu proses yang berkesinambungan, dimulai dengan bertemunya ovum dan spermatozoa (fertilisasi) yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan implantasi. Kehamilan normalnya terjadi dalam waktu 40 minggu hingga persalinan. Setiap wanita memiliki kemungkinan mengalami komplikasi selama proses tersebut. Komplikasi selama fase kehamilan, persalinan dan pasca persalinan dapat dicegah melalui deteksi dini dan antenatal care sesuai standar dan terpadu. Study kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan pada Ibu “ND” umur 25 tahun primigravida dari usia kehamilan 24 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Pengumpulan data didapat dari wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Asuhan kehamilan, persalinan hingga nifas Ibu “ND” berlangsung secara fisiologis. Bayi baru lahir menangis kuat, tonus otot kuat gerak aktif dilakukan IMD selama 1 setengah jam. Setelah dilakukan pemantauan sampai 42 hari bayi dalam kondisi sehat. Selama nifas, pengeluaran lochea, involusi uterus kondisi kontrasepsi IUD pascaplasenta serta laktasi berjalan secara fisiologis. Kesimpulan dari asuhan yang telah diberikan adalah selama proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi berlangsung secara fisiologis sesuai regulasi dan evidance based standar asuhan yang berlaku. Asuhan komplementer seperti pijat juga diberikan pada ibu dari kehamilan hingga nifas dan pada bayi dari usia 4 hari hingga 42 hari. Kata Kunci: Kehamilan, inpartu, Nifas, bayi, Asuhan Kebidanan
