Abstract

ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis, yakni kuman aerob yang dapat hidup terutama di paru atau diberbagai organ tubuh yang mempunyai tekanan parsial oksigen yang tinggi. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan adalah teknik active cycle of breathing technicque. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif dengan active cycle of breathing technicque pada pasien dengan Tuberkulosis Di Ruang Pikat RSUD Klungkung. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif pada satu pasien yang mengalami Tuberkulosis. Hasil pengkajian yang didapatkan yaitu pasien merasa sesak napas, tampak tidak mampu batuk secara efektif, terdapat sputum berlebih, terdapat suara napas tambahan ronkhi, tampak gelisah, frekuensi pernapasan 28x/menit, pola napas cepat dan dangkal dengan masalah keperawatan yang muncul yaitu bersihan jalan napas tidal efektif. Hasil dari diterapkannya intervensi inovasi ACBT selama 5 x 24 jam adalah adanya perbaikan pada pengeluaran sputum, frekuensi pernapasan, dan saturasi oksigen pada pasien Tuberkulosis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian intervensi inovasi ACBT memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam membantu pengeluaran sputum pada pasien Tuberkulosis. Diharapkan karya ilmiah akhir ners ini dapat menambah wawasan tentang asuhan keperawatan dan latihan ACBT dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan sebagai alternatif pilihan dalam mengatasi gangguan pernapasan secara mandiri. Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis, ACBT, Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif ABSTRACT Tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, an aerobic bacterium that can live mainly in the lungs or in various body organs that have a high oxygen partial pressure. One of the non-pharmacological interventions that can be used is the active cycle of breathing technique. This study aims to determine nursing care for ineffective airway clearance using the active cycle of breathing technique in patients with Tuberculosis in the Pikat Room at RSUD Klungkung. The method used is a case study with a descriptive approach on a single patient suffering from Tuberculosis. The assessment results obtained were that the patient felt shortness of breath, appeared unable to cough effectively, had excessive sputum, had additional breath sounds of rhonchi, appeared restless, had a respiratory rate of 28 times/minute, and a rapid and shallow breathing pattern, with the emerging nursing problem being ineffective airway clearance. The results of implementing the ACBT innovation intervention over 5 x 24 hours showed improvements in sputum excretion, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation in tuberculosis patients. It can be concluded that providing the ACBT innovation intervention has a significant effect in assisting sputum excretion in tuberculosis patients. It is hoped that this final nursing scientific work can increase knowledge about nursing care and ACBT exercises in improving health services and serve as an alternative option for independently managing respiratory disorders.
