Abstract
Posyandu Cadres have important roles in promotive efforts, that is, in giving advice to the community members visiting the Posyandu. The objective of this research is to know the level of knowledge about brushing teeth of Posyandu cadres of Dajan Peken village , Tabanan regency in 2019.The method of this research is descriptive study, and the design of this study is survey. The total of respondents is 50 peoples. The data collected by questionare.The result of this research shows most of the posyandu cadres have the knowledge about brushing teeth in middle criteria, that is 21 peoples (42%). The posyandu cadres in failure criteria of knowledge about brushing teeth only 5 peoples (10%). The average knowledge about brushing teeth is 64 (middle criteria). Posyandu cadres with the level of education in bachelor’s have highest average of knowledge about brushing teeth, that is 71 (good criteria), and the posyandu cadres with the level of education in elementary school have the lowest average, that is 55 (less criteria). The conclusion of this research is average of knowledge about brushing teeth of posyandu cadres is in middle criteria. Posyandu cadres with the level of education in bachelor’s have highest average of knowledge about brushing teeth.
