Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MOTHER “KA” AGED 23 YEARS PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 38 WEEKS OF PREGNANCYTO 42 DAYS OF POST-OFFICIAL PERIOD Care is carried out in the working area of the technical implementing unit of the Health Center IV, South Denpasar District Health Office in 2025. ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum are normal conditions experienced by women. The purpose of this case study is to describe the outcome of midwifery care for mothers during pregnancy from 38 weeks to 42 days postpartum. Data collection methods included interviews, examinations, documentation studies, and observations. The results showed that the mother's pregnancy progressed physiologically, and the care provided during pregnancy included prenatal exercises, prenatal yoga, and gym ball exercises. The delivery process proceeded physiologically without complications. The baby was born crying immediately, active, with reddish skin, birth weight 3100 grams, length 52 cm, and normal physical examination results. During the postpartum period, no danger signs were found in the mother, the perineal wound was dry, and lactation proceeded physiologically up to 42 days postpartum. Complementary care provided during the postpartum period included oxytocin massage to facilitate breastfeeding. The newborn received standard care for newborns, and care was provided for 42 days. Based on the results of the care provided, it can be concluded that the application of care to mother "KA" from pregnancy to 42 days postpartum proceeded physiologically. It is expected that the care provided can help the mother and family to apply the care that has been given. Keyword: Pregnancy,Childbirth,Postpartum,Newborm,Complementary care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “KA” USIA 23 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 38 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja unit pelaksana teknis Daerah Puskesmas IV dinas kesehatan kecamatan Denpasar Selatan tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas adalah suatu kondisi yang normal yang dialami oleh seorang wanita. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil penerapan dari asuhan kebidanan ibu selama kehamilan dari 38 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas.Metode pengambilan data ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, pemeriksaan, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil pemeriksaan ibu saat kehamilan berlangsung secara fisiologis, asuhan yang diberikan selama kehamilan adalah senam ibu hamil, yoga ibu hamil, dan gym ball. Proses persalinan berlangsung secara fisiologis dan tidak ada penyulit saat persalinan berlangsung. Bayi lahir segera menangis, gerak aktif, warna kulit kemerahan, berat badan lahir 3100 gram, panjang 52 cm, pemeriksaan fisik dalam batas normal. Pada masa nifas tidak ditemukan tanda bahaya pada ibu,luka pada jahitan perineum mengering dan laktasi sampai 42 hari masa nifas yang berlangsung secara fisiologis, Asuhan komplementer yang diberikan saat masa nifas adalah pijat oksitosin untuk melancarkan asi. Pada bayi baru lahir telah diberikan asuhan sesuai standar bayi baru lahir, asuhan diberikan selama 42 hari. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan yang telah diberikan dapat disimpulan bahwa penerapan asuhan pada ibu “KA” dari kehamilan sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis. Diharapkan pemberian asuhan yang telah diberikan dapat membantu ibu dan keluarga untuk menerapkan asuhan yang telah diberikan. Kata kunci: kehamilan, persalinan,nifas, neonatus, komplementer
