Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS “AW” 30 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 33 WEEKS OF PREGANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM The Case laporan Was Carried Out In The Work Area Of The Regional Technical Implementation Unit Of Community Health Center I, West Denpasar District Health Service ABSTRACT Midwives provide continuous midwifery services to ensure maternal health and the birth of a healthy generation. The purpose of writing this final report is to evaluate the results of the implementation of midwifery care carried out in accordance with standards and continuously in mother “AW,” aged 30 years, primigravida, from 33 weeks of gestation to 42 days after delivery. The methodology applied is a case laporan, which was carried out in the work area of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit at Health Center I in the West Denpasar District Health Office. Midwifery care is scheduled from January to April 2025, using interview methods, examinations, observations, and documentation from maternal and child health books (KIA). The pregnancy care process takes place physiologically. Labor occurs at 40 weeks and of gestation. The baby was born spontaneously, cried loudly, moved actively, and had reddish skin, in accordance with the 60 APN steps. Postpartum care visits were carried out following the KF 1-4 standards, where the mother's condition was good and the breastfeeding process went smoothly. The awakening of the baby of mother “AW” from birth to 42 days was in a healthy condition and breastfed well. After the postpartum period for 42 days, mother “AW” started using condoms as contraception. From these results, it can be concluded that the midwifery care given to mother “AW” took place physiologically without any obstacles or complications. Keywords: Midwifery Care, Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “AW” UMUR 30 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 33 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Laporan Kasus Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Daerah Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Barat ABSTRAK Bidan memberikan layanan kebidanan yang berkelanjutan untuk memastikan kesehatan ibu dan kelahiran generasi yang sehat. Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan standar dan secara berkelanjutan pada ibu “AW,” berusia 30 tahun, primigravida, dari umur kehamilan 33 minggu hingga 42 hari masa nifas. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah Laporan kasus, yang dilakukan dalam area kerja Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Daerah pada Puskesmas I di Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Barat. Asuhan kebidanan dijadwalkan mulai Januari sampai April 2025, menggunakan metode wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari buku kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA). Proses asuhan kehamilan berlangsung dengan cara fisiologis. Persalinan terjadi pada usia kehamilan 40 Minggu. Bayi lahir dengan cara spontan, menangis keras, bergerak aktif, dan memiliki kulit kemerahan, persalinan dilakukan sesuai dengan 60 langkah APN. Kunjungan perawatan nifas dilakukan mengikuti standar KF 1-4, di mana kondisi ibu baik dan proses menyusui berjalan lancar. Kondisi bayi ibu “AW” dari saat lahir hingga 42 hari berada dalam keadaan sehat dan menyusu dengan baik. Setelah periode nifas selama 42 hari, ibu “AW” mulai menggunakan kontrasepsi kondom. Dari hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan kepada ibu “AW” berlangsung secara fisiologis tanpa ada kendala atau komplikasi.
