Abstract

GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP HYGIENE GENETALIA PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI SMPN 12 DENPASAR TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Hygiene genitalia merupakan pemeliharaan kebersihan yang dilakukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari pada area genitalia. Seorang remaja sangat penting untuk menjaga kebersihan organ genetalia terutama pada remaja putri. Apabila remaja putri tidak memperhatikan kebersihan organ genetalia maka akan menyebabkan banyak penyakit yang timbul. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap hygiene genetalia pada remaja putri di SMPN 12 Denpasar. Jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pelaksanaan bulan April 2025 dengan teknik proportionate cluster random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 69 remaja putri. Pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap tentang hygiene genetalia. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian responden memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak (66,7%) , pengetahuan cukup (20,3%) dan (13,0%) berpengetahuan kurang. Sebagian besar responden memiliki sikap positif sebanyak (65,2%) dan (34,8%) dengan sikap negatif. Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh remaja putri di SMPN 12 Denpasar sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang hygiene genetalia dan sikap yang dimiliki oleh remaja putri di SMPN 12 Denpasar sebagian besar memiliki sikap baik tentang hygiene genetalia. Disarankan untuk peneliti selanjutnya bisa menyempurnakan penelitian ini dengan melakukan penelitian lebih mendalam mengenai kesehatan reproduksi serta melakukan analisis hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap hygiene genetalia. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan; sikap; hygiene; genetalia DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE OF GENETIC HYGIENE IN FEMALE ADOLESCENTS AT SMPN 12 DENPASAR IN 2025 ABSTRACT Genital hygiene is the maintenance of cleanliness carried out in everyday life in the genital area. It is very important for a teenager to maintain the cleanliness of the genital organs, especially for teenage girls. If teenage girls do not pay attention to and ignore the cleanliness of the genital organs, it will cause many diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of knowledge and attitudes about genital hygiene in female adolescents at SMPN 12 Denpasar. Descriptive research type. Implementation in April 2025 with proportionate cluster random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 69 female students. Data collection by distributing questionnaires on knowledge and attitudes about genital hygiene. Data analysis using descriptive analysis with a cross sectional approach. The results of the study show that some respondents have good knowledge as much as (66,7%), moderate knowledge (20,3%), and (13,0%) have low knowledge. Most respondents have attitudes categorized as good (65,2%) and (34,8%) in the moderate category. The conclusion of this study is that the knowledge possessed by female students at SMPN 12 Denpasar is mostly good regarding hygiene genetalia, and the attitudes possessed by female at SMPN 12 Denpasar are mostly good regarding hygiene genetalia. It is recommended that future researchers refine this study by conducting more in depth research on reproductive health and analyzing the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards hygiene genetalia Keywords: Knowledge; attitude; hygiene; genitalia
