Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “DR” 24 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVIDA FROM 14 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD The Case Study held at UPTD Puskesmas Kuta I ABSTRACT Continuity of care is one way to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates is by improving the quality of services for mothers and children. This report is intended to determine the results of the care that has been given to Mrs. "DR" since the second trimester of pregnancy to the 42 days postpartum period and the newborn baby who was given midwifery care in accordance with standards. This case study uses data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations and documentation of results. The results obtained were that the pregnancy was physiological. Care was given from August 2024 to March 2025. Complementary care given was prenatal yoga and effleurage massage. Childbirth was spontaneous on February 12, 2025 without any complications and given complementary care of back massage and breathing relaxation techniques. In the period after birth process of uterus involution, lochea discharge, lactation and psychological processes was physiological with complementary care provided kegel exercises and oxytocin massage. The baby's growth up to the age of 42 days takes place physiologically where the baby has received standard essential neonatal care and complementary care in the form of baby massage to stimulate the baby's growth and development. Midwifery care must be carried out in accordance with existing regulations as a way to monitor and identify problems and complications that may occur during the pregnancy process, childbirth process, postpartum period, and in baby. Keywords: Continuity of care; Pregnancy; Childbirth; Postpartum; Baby ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “DR” UMUR 24 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 14 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas Kuta I ABSTRAK Asuhan secara berkelanjutan ialah salah satu langkah untuk mengurangi angka kematian ibu dan bayi, yaitu dengan cara menaikkan mutu pelayanan untuk ibu dan anak. Laporan ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami hasil dari asuhan yang diberikan pada Ibu “DR” dari kehamilan trimester II sampai masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan selaras terhadap standar. Studi kasus ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta hasil dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Agustus 2024 sampai Maret 2025. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis. Asuhan komplementer yang diberikan yaitu prenatal yoga dan massage effleurage. Proses persalinan Ibu “DR” secara spontan pada tanggal 12 Februari 2025 tanpa adanya komplikasi, serta diberikan asuhan komplementer massage punggung dan teknik relaksasi pernapasan. Selama nifas proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea, laktasi dan psikologis berlangsung fisiologis dengan asuhan komplenter yang diberikan yaitu senam kegel dan pijat oksitosin. Perkembangan bayi baru lahir hingga usia 42 hari berlangsung secara fisiologis dimana bayi telah mendapatkan asuhan standar pelayanan neonatus essensial serta asuhan komplementer pijat bayi untuk stimulasi tumbuh kembang bayi. Asuhan kebidanan perlu diberikan selaras terhadap ketentuan sebagai langkah untuk memantau dan mengidentifikasi masalah serta komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi saat proses kehamilan, proses persalinan, masa nifas, dan pada bayi.
