Abstract

Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care is provided for early detection to prevent complications that can threaten the lives of mothers and babies and is expected to reduce MMR and IMR. The aim of the report is to determine the results of care for "PS" mothers from 22 weeks and 1 day of pregnancy until 42 days postpartum period. Data collection techniques through interviews, examination, observation and documentation. Care from October 2024 until March 2025.There were no complications during pregnancy, complete treatment with prenatal yoga and brain booster stimulation. Mother gave birth vaginally without complications. Stage I for 3 hours, stage II for 35 minutes, complementary care with deep breathing techniques and back massage. Stage III 10 minutes, stage IV normal. Postpartum up to 42 days is normal, complementary care, oxytocin massage. lactation massage and kegel exercises, using contraceptive injections for 3 months at 42 days. The baby was born immediately crying, there were no abnormalities BBL 3300 grams, IMD was successful in the 45th minute, complementary care for baby massage. The entire process of pregnancy up to the postpartum period of "PS" mothers runs physiologically. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that midwifery care for “PS" mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and new born runs physiologically and providing midwife in accordance with applicable authorities, policies and standards.
