Abstract

ABSTRACT Continuous midwifery care provided pregnancy, puerperal, childbirth, newborns or neonates, as well as the selection of contraceptive methods in a comprehensive way to improve mother and infant health services. Midwives are one of the health professionals who have the authority to give the antenatal care. The method used primary data from interviews with patients and secondary data from Mother's pregnancy check books. The midwifery care was conducted from December 2024 to April 2025. The result of antenatal care lasts normally. The result of childbirth from stage I until stage IV is normal. The baby was born immediately crying, active muscle tone, reddish skin and birth weight 3200 grams. The processes of uterine involution, lochea expulsion, lactation, and psychology occur within normal limits during the postpartum period. The result of postpartum lasts normally. The results of the nursery and the development of babies from newborn to 42 days are normal. The conclusion results of the implementation of continuous midwifery care from the age of 26 weeks 5 day of pregnancy until the end of the postpartum period is normal according to midwifery service standards. The care provided was of high quality, in accordance with standards, continuous, and integrated with complementary care
