Abstract

MIDWEFERY CARE OF MRS. “YJ” 23 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 13 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARUM Midwifery Care Implemented in the Work Area of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of Puskesmas III South Denpasar ABSTRACT Continuity of Care (COC) during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, neonates and infants is one of the efforts made by the Government to reduce Maternal and Infant Mortality Rates. The purpose of writing this case report is to determine the results of the implementation of COC midwifery care on mother "YJ" aged 23 years, primigravida and her baby from 13 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum period. Data collection was carried out through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. Pregnancy care is physiological, according to the 12 T standards and the application of complementary prenatal massage, prenatal yoga and warm compresses. The first stage of labor care lasted 12 hours, the second stage 20 minutes, the third stage 10 minutes, the fourth stage and the newborn baby were normal with the complementary application of deep breathing relaxation, birth ball and lower back massage. During the postpartum period, the process of involution, lochia, lactation, and psychological adaptation occurs normally with the application of complementary oxytocin massage, body massage, and Kegel exercises. Neonatal care until the baby is 42 days old is in accordance with standards, with the application of complementary baby massage. Normal baby growth and development. Suggestion to implement COC in all pregnant women with complementary application according to local culture. Keywords: pregnancy,childbirth, postpartum, neonate, complementary ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “YJ” UMUR 23 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 13 MINGGU SAMPAI DENGAN 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Kebidanan Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas III Denpasar Selatan ABSTRAK Continuity of Care (COC) masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, neonatus dan bayi merupakan salah satu upauya yang dilakuakn Pemerintah untuk menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu dan Bayi. Tujuan penulisan laporan kasus ini untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan COC pada ibu “YJ” umur 23 tahun primigravida beserta bayinya dari umur kehamilan 13 minggu sampai dengan 42 hari masa nifas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Asuhan kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis, sesuai standar 12 T dan penerapan komplementer prenatal massage, prenatal yoga dan kompres hangat. Asuhan persalinan kala I berlangsung 12 jam, kala II 20 menit, kala III 10 menit, kala IV dan bayi baru lahir berlangsung normal dengan penerapan komplementer relaksasi nafas dalam, birth ball dan massage punggung bawah. Pada masa nifas proses involusi, lochea, laktasi, dan adaptasi psikologis berlangsung normal dengan penerapan komplementer pijat oksitosin, body massage, dan senam kegel. Asuhan neonatus hingga bayi berumur 42 hari sudah sesuai standar, dengan penerapan komplementer pijat bayi. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi normal. Saran menerapkan COC pada semua ibu hamil dengan penerapan komplementer sesuai dengan budaya local. Kata kunci: kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, neonatus, komplementer
