Abstract

Continuity of Care is given to prevent complications that may threaten the life of mother and baby and is expected to reduce AKI and AKB. This report aims to find out the outcome of maternity given to mothers “KT” from 18 weeks of pregnancy 2 day to 42 days of breathe time and newborns given maternity care according to the standard. The study uses data collection techniques through interviews, inspections, observations and documentation. Guardianship is given from September 9, 2024 to April 4, 2025. The result is that at the end of the pregnancy the mother “KT” has no complications and goes with physiological. The mother “KT” delivery process took place normally at 38 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy on February 3, 2025. The baby was born healthy without any problems or complications. During the breathing period as well as the growth and development of a newborn baby up to 42 days takes place physiologically. Mrs. “KT” had received family planning services and chose to use an IUD contraceptive. The family planning service process did not experience complications and proceeded physiologically. Nursing care should be given in accordance with standards as an attempt to monitor and detect complications and complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, nipples, and babies.
