Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF DENGAN PEMBERIAN AKUPRESUR LAKTASI PADA IBU NIFAS DI RUANG TUNJUNG RSUD BALI MANDARA Ni Putu Diah Mertaningtias Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: diahmertaningtias12@gmail.com ABSTRAK Masa nifas merupakan periode penting bagi ibu pasca persalinan, ditandai dengan berbagai perubahan fisik dan psikologis, termasuk proses laktasi yang krusial bagi pemberian ASI eksklusif. Namun, beberapa ibu mengalami hambatan dalam produksi ASI, seperti saluran ASI tersumbat, kepadatan jaringan payudara, dan stres, yang berdampak pada rendahnya cakupan ASI eksklusif. Peran perawat dalam mengatasi masalah menyusui tidak efektif sangat penting melalui penerapan proses asuhan keperawatan. Salah satu intervensi yang efektif adalah akupresur laktasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu nifas dengan masalah menyusui tidak efektif di ruang tunjung RSUD Bali Mandara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan lima proses keperawatan (pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi). Hasil pengkajian diperoleh keluhan utama yang dialami pasien yaitu nyeri pada payudara. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan adalah menyusui tidak efektif berhubungan dengan ketidakadekuatan refleks oksitosin. Intervensi keperawatan yang diberikan yaitu edukasi menyusui untuk menangani menyusui tidak efektif dengan implementasi inovasi berupa akupresur laktasi. Evaluasi keperawatan menunjukkan status menyusui meningkat dan masalah keperawatan menyusui tidak efektif teratasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi akupresur laktasi efektif dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan menyusui pada ibu nifas. Kata kunci: masa nifas, ASI eksklusif, akupresur laktasi. NURSING CARE FOR INEFFECTIVE BREASTFEEDING WITH LACTATION ACUPRESSURE IN POST PARTUM MOTHERS IN THE TUNJUNG ROOM AT BALI MANDARA HOSPITAL Ni Putu Diah Mertaningtias Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: diahmertaningtias12@gmail.com ABSTRACT Postpartum period is an important period for postpartum mothers, characterized by various physical and psychological changes, including the lactation process which is crucial for exclusive breastfeeding. However, some mothers experience barriers to milk production, such as blocked milk ducts, breast tissue density, and stress, which results in low exclusive breastfeeding coverage. The role of nurses in overcoming the problem of ineffective breastfeeding is very important through the application of the nursing care process. One effective intervention is lactation acupressure. This study aims to describe nursing care for postpartum women with ineffective breastfeeding problems in the arbor room of Bali Mandara Hospital. The research method used is to use five nursing processes (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation). The results of the assessment obtained the main complaint experienced by the patient, namely pain in the breast. The nursing diagnosis formulated is ineffective breastfeeding associated with oxytocin reflex inadequacy. Nursing interventions provided are breastfeeding education to deal with ineffective breastfeeding with the implementation of innovation in the form of lactation acupressure. Nursing evaluation showed that breastfeeding status improved and the nursing problem of ineffective breastfeeding was resolved. The conclusion of this study shows that lactation acupressure therapy is effective in improving breastfeeding success in postpartum women.
