Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR ANXIETY WITH PLASTICINE PLAY THERAPY (PLAYDOUGH) IN CHILDREN AFTER FRACTURE SURGERY AT RSD MANGUSADA ABSTRACT Fracture is a separation or tear in bone continuity caused by excessive pressure on the bone so that fracture patients have to perform surgery which makes fracture patients feel worried or anxious. The purpose of this KIAN research is to find out how nursing care for anxiety in postoperative fracture pediatric patients with plasticine (playdough) play therapy at Mangusada Hospital. The research used a case study descriptive method. . The results of the study found that the patient said he was worried about the condition of the patient's leg, vital signs temperature: 36.5oC, respiration 24 x/min, pulse 135 x / min with nursing diagnoses, namely anxiety related to situational crisis as evidenced by the patient feeling worried about the condition of his feet, difficulty concentrating when invited to communicate, looking tense, looking restless, the patient's mother said her son had difficulty sleeping, increased pulse frequency (135 x/min), increased breathing frequency (34 x / min). The nursing plan uses SLKI outcomes with a label of a decreased level of anxiety and a nursing intervention label, namely reduction of anxiety. Nursing implementation uses plasticine play therapy (playdough) for 3x24 hours. The conclusion of innovation therapy given to pediatric patients is able to reduce anxiety in children. Keywords: Anxiety, Fracture, Plasticine play therapy ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN ANSIETAS DENGAN TERAPI BERMAIN PLASTISIN (PLAYDOUGH) PADA ANAK POST OPERASI FRAKTUR DI RSD MANGUSADA ABSTRAK Fraktur merupakan pemisahan atau robekan pada kontinuitas tulang yang disebabkan oleh adanya tekanan berlebih pada tulang sehingga pasien fraktur harus melakukan tindakan pembedahan yang dimana membuat pasien fraktur merasa khawatir ataupun cemas. Tujuan penelitian KIAN ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana asuhan keperawatan ansietas pada pasien anak post operasi fraktur dengan terapi bermain plastisin (playdough) di RSD Mangusada. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif studi kasus. . Hasil penelitian didapatkan pasien mengatakan khawatir akan kondisi kaki pasien, tanda –tanda vital suhu: 36,5oC, respirasi 24 x/ menit, nadi 135 x/menit dengan diagnosis keperawatan yaitu ansietas berhubungan dengan krisis situasional dibuktikan dengan pasien merasa khawatir dengan kondisi kakinya, sulit berkonsentrasi saat diajak berkomunikasi, tampak tegang, tampak gelisah, ibu pasien mengatakan anaknya sulit tidur, frekuensi nadi meningkat (135 x/menit), frekuensi napas meningkat (34 x/menit). Rencana keperawatan menggunakan luaran SLKI dengan label tingkat ansietas menurun dan label intervensi keperawatan yaitu reduksi ansietas. Implementasi keperawatan menggunakan terapi bermain plastisin (playdough) selama 3x24 jam. Kesimpulan terapi inovasi yang diberikan kepada pasien anak mampu menurunkan rasa cemas pada anak.
