Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA IBU POST PARTUM PRIMIPARA DENGAN TERAPI SPEOS (STIMULASI PIJAT ENDROPHIN, OKSITOSIN DAN SUGESTIF) Ni Putu Parwati. Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Denpasar Email: putuparwati2001@gmail.com ABSTRAK Postpartum adalah masa setelah plasenta lahir dan berakhir ketika alat-alat kandungan kembali pada keadaan sebelum hamil, masa post partum ini berlangsung selama kurang lebih 6 minggu. Pada postpartum tubuh ibu mengalami perubahan fisiologis maupun psikologis. Sejumlah perubahan fisiologis termasuk yang terjadi pada payudara, dan pada psikologis terjadi kekhawatiran ibu mengenai pengalaman melahirkan, hal ini berdampak pada psikologis ibu yang lebih sensitive sehingga akan mempengaruhi proses laktasi menyusui tidak efektif. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali 2023 terdapat 69,1% bayi kurang dari 6 bulan yang mendapat ASI eksklusif dan pada Kota Denpasar merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki cakupan terendah tentang pemperian ASI eksklusif daripada kabupaten lainnya di Bali yaitu 60% (Bali, 2019). Dan cakupan ASI eklusif di RSUD Bali Mandara tahun 2024 sebnayak 55%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan yang bermutu pada ibu post partum dengan masalah meyusui tidak efektif di RSUD Bali Mandara.Hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan pemberian terapi SPEOS dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan ibu dalam menyusui dan meningkatkan produksi ASI. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan tenaga kesehatan perawat dapat mengimplementasikan terapi SPEOS dalam mengatasi menyusui tidak efektif. This postpartum period lasts for approximately 6 weeks. In postpartum, the mother's body experiences physiological and psychological changes. A number of physiological changes, including those that occur in the breasts, and psychologically, the mother is worried about the experience of giving birth, this has an impact on the mother's psychology, which is more sensitive, which will affect the lactation process, breastfeeding is ineffective. Based on data obtained from the Bali Province Central Statistics Agency in 2023, there are 69.1% of babies less than 6 months old who receive exclusive breastfeeding and Denpasar City is the district that has the lowest coverage of exclusive breastfeeding compared to other districts in Bali, namely 60% (Bali, 2019). And exclusive breastfeeding coverage at Bali Mandara Regional Hospital in 2024 will be 55%. This research aims to increase knowledge and ability in implementing quality nursing care for post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding problems at the Bali Mandara Regional Hospital. The results of the research show that providing SPEOS therapy can increase mothers' confidence in breastfeeding and increase breast milk production.
