Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN NAUSEA DENGAN TERAPI AKUPRESUR DAN AIR REBUSAN JAHE PADA PASIEN DENGAN EMESIS GRAVIDARUM DI UPTD PUSKESMAS KARANGASEM I ABSTRAK Emesis gravidarum merupakan keluhan umum pada trimester pertama kehamilan, ditandai dengan mual dan muntah yang dapat mengganggu keseimbangan cairan, elektrolit, serta aktivitas harian ibu hamil. Penanganan emesis gravidarum penting untuk mencegah komplikasi lebih lanjut pada ibu dan janin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan nausea dengan terapi akupresur dan air rebusan jahe pada pasien dengan emesis gravidarum di UPTD Puskesmas Karangasem I. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada pengkajian keperawatan kedua kasus kelolaan memiliki kesamaan, mengeluh mual, merasa ingin muntah, tidak berminat makan, mulutnya terasa asam dan mengeluh sering menelan. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan, yaitu nausea berhubungan dengan kehamilan. Perencanaan mengacu pada SDKI, SLKI, dan SIKI menggunakan intervensi keperawatan utama yang dipilih, yaitu manajemen mual dengan kriteria tingkat nausea menurun. Salah satu implementasi yang dilakukan, yaitu terapi akupresur pada PC6,ST36 selama 3 kali pertemuan dalam waktu 10 menit dan pemberian air rebusan jahe selama 2 kali dalam sehari diberikan selama 3 hari berturut – turut sebagai intervensi inovasi. Hasil evaluasi keperawatan setelah diberikan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 kali kunjungan selama 60 menit didapatkan masalah keperawatan nausea teratasi. Kata kunci: Nausea, akupresur, air rebusan jahe NURSING CARE FOR NAUSEA USING ACUPRESSURE THERAPY AND GINGER DECOCTION IN PATIENTS WITH EMESIS GRAVIDARUM AT UPTD PUSKESMAS KARANGASEM I ABSTRACT Emesis gravidarum is a common complaint in the first trimester of pregnancy, characterized by nausea and vomiting that can disrupt the balance of fluids, electrolytes, and daily activities of pregnant women. Management of emesis gravidarum is important to prevent further complications in the mother and fetus. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care for nausea with acupressure therapy and boiled ginger water in patients with emesis gravidarum at the UPTD Karangasem I Health Center. The results of this study showed that in the nursing assessment, the two cases managed had similarities, complaining of nausea, feeling like vomiting, not interested in eating, their mouths tasted sour and complained of swallowing frequently. The nursing diagnosis formulated was nausea related to pregnancy. Planning refers to the SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI using the main nursing interventions chosen, namely nausea management with the criteria of decreasing nausea levels. One of the implementations carried out was acupressure therapy on PC6, ST36 for 3 meetings within 10 minutes and giving boiled ginger water twice a day for 3 consecutive days as an innovation intervention. The results of the nursing evaluation after providing nursing care for 3 visits for 60 minutes showed that the nursing problem of nausea was resolved. Keywords: Nausea, acupressure, ginger decoction
