Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR CHRONIC LOW SELF-ESTEEM WITH OCCUPATIONAL DRAWING THERAPY IN SCHIZOPHRENIA PATIENTS IN MANAH SHANTI MAHOTTAMA HOSPITAL IN 2025 Mental health is one of the problems that is still widely discussed and worldwide. Schizophrenia is one of the mental health problems or mental disorders characterized by various significant symptoms in thoughts, behavior and emotions. Low self-esteem is one of the problems that can arise from schizophrenia. Various therapies are carried out to overcome the problem of low self-esteem, one of which is occupational drawing therapy. The writing of this final scientific paper aims to determine the nursing care of low self-esteem with occupational drawing therapy in schizophrenia patients at Manah Shanti Mahottama Hospital in 2025. This study uses a descriptive design method, with a case study design. The research sample was schizophrenia patients with low self-esteem problems. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study on the patient assessment said they were useless, felt guilty and ashamed, looked down, had poor eye contact, spoke slowly and softly. Nursing planning uses the main intervention of low self-esteem. Implementation according to planning, collaborated with occupational drawing therapy. Nursing evaluation of the implementation and collaboration of occupational drawing therapy, the objectives of the outcome criteria were overcome. In conclusion, based on the analysis of managed cases, it was found that providing occupational drawing therapy with appropriate time in schizophrenia patients with low self-esteem can help improve the patient's self-esteem. Keyword : low self-esteem, occupational drawing therapy, schizophrenia ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN HARGA DIRI RENDAH KRONIS DENGAN TERAPI OKUPASI MENGGAMBAR PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA DI RUMAH SAKIT MANAH SHANTI MAHOTTAMA TAHUN 2025 Kesehatan jiwa merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang masih ramai dibicarakan dan mendunia. Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan jiwa atau gangguan mental yang ditandai dengan berbagai gejala yang signifikan pada pikiran, perilaku dan emosi. Harga diri rendah merupakan salah satu masalah yang dapat muncul dari penyakit skizofrenia tersebut. Berbagai terapi dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah harga diri rendah salah satunya adalah terapi okupasi menggambar. Penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan harga diri rendah dengan terapi okupasi menggambar pada pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Manah Shanti Mahottama tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain deskriptif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sampel penelitian yaitu pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah harga diri rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pada pengkajian pasien mengatakan tidak berguna, merasa bersalah dan malu, tampak menunduk , kontak mata kurang, berbicara pelan dan lirih. Perencanaan keperawatan menggunakan intervensi utama harga diri rendah. Implementasi sesuai dengan perencanaan, dikolaborasikan dengan terapi okupasi menggambar. Evaluasi keperawatan dari implementasi dan kolaborasi terapi okupasi menggambar, tujuan kriteria hasil teratasi. Kesimpulannya berdasarkan analisis kasus kelolaan, didapatkan bahwa pemberian terapi okupasi menggambar dengan waktu yang sesuai pada pasien skizofrenia dengan harga diri rendah dapat membantu meningkatkan harga diri pasien.
