Abstract

GAMBARAN KADAR PROTEIN URINE PADA PEMINUM ALKOHOL DI BANJAR TUNJUK KELOD DESA TUNJUK KABUPATEN TABANAN ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Minuman beralkohol adalah minuman yang mengandung etanol. Alkohol jika dikonsumsi secara berlebihan dan terus menerus akan mempunyai efek toksik terhadap tubuh. Salah satu dampak dari mengkonsumsi alkohol yaitu meningkatnya resiko gagal ginjal karena reaksi senyawa kimia tersebut. Adanya sejumlah protein dalam urine merupakan indikator gangguan ginjal. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pemeriksaan pemeriksaan protein urin metode carik celup memiliki kelebihan seperti penggunaannya yang cepat, lebih praktis, hasil lebih mudah diintepretasikan. Adapun hasil yang akan disajikan yaitu negaitf (-), (+), (++), (+++), (++++). Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui kadar Protein urin pada peminum minuman beralkohol di Banjar tunjuk Kelod Desa Tunjuk Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Hasil: dari 35 responden, pengukuran kadar protein urine pada peminum alkohol didapatkan hasil yaitu negatif 24 responden, positif 1 (+) 10 responden dan positif 2 (++) 1 responden. Simpulan: dapat disimpulkan bahwa hampir seluruh responden protein urin negatif (68,57%) dan sebagian kecil positif (+) (28,57%) dan sebagian kecil positif (++) (2,86%). Kata Kunci : alkohol, proteinuria, ginjal, gagal ginjal The overview of Urine Protein Levels in Alcohol Drinkers in Banjar Tunjuk Kelod Tunjuk Village Tabanan Regency ABSTRACT Background: Alcoholic drinks are drinks that contain ethanol. If alcohol is consumed excessively and continuously it will have a toxic effect on the body. One of the impacts of consuming alcohol is an increased risk of kidney failure due to the reaction of these chemical compounds. The presence of a certain amount of protein in the urine is an indicator of kidney problems. In this study, using the dip strip method for urine protein examination has advantages such as fast use, more practicality, results are easier to interpret. The results that will be presented are negative (-), (+), (++), (+++), (++++). Objective: To determine urine protein levels in alcoholic beverage drinkers in Banjar Tunjung Kelod, Tangkat Village, Tabanan Regency. Method: This research uses quantitative descriptive research. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 35 respondents. Results: Of the 35 respondents, the results obtained were negative for 24 respondents measuring urine protein levels in alcohol drinkers, positive for 1 (+) 10 respondents and positive 2 (++) for 1 respondent. Conclusion: it can be concluded that almost all respondents were negative for urine protein (68.57%) and a small portion were positive (+) (28.57%) and a small portion were positive (++) (2.86%).
