Stage assessment obtained on patient management I complained painful with scale 6 (1-10), and on patient management II with scale pain 5 (1-10), patient looks fidgeting , grimacing , happens enhancement frequency pulse And behave protective to location pain , pain felt like impaled , and felt Keep going continuous.Based on results from assessment carried out , diagnosis nursing main thing is appointed is painful I . One of intervention provided For overcome problem nursing painful I is giving compress cold cold pack . Results evaluation show that compress Cold cold packs are effective overcome painful I on patient with fracture closed . Keywords : Compress Cold Cold Pack, Pain Acute , Fracture Closed Asuhan Keperawatan Nyeri Akut Pada Pasien Fraktur Tertutup dengan Kompres Dingin Cold pack di UGD RSUD Bangli Tahun 2024 ABSTRAK Fraktur tertutup merupakan diskontinuitas tulang yang disebabkan oleh trauma dan non trauma. Pasien yang mengalami fraktur tertutup dapat mengalami berbagai masalah kesehatan salah satunya nyeri akut. Tujuan penulisam KIAN ini yaitu untuk menerapkan analisis asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut pada pasien dengan fraktur tertutup dengan kompres dingin cold pack di UGD RSUD Bangli. Tahap pengkajian didapatkan pada pasien kelolaan I mengeluh nyeri dengan skala 6 (1-10), dan pada pasien kelolaan II dengan skala nyeri 5 (1-10), pasien tampak gelisah, meringis, terjadi peningkatan frekuensi nadi dan bersikap protektif terhadap lokasi nyeri, nyeri dirasakan seperti tertusuk, dan dirasakan terus menerus.Berdasarkan hasil dari pengkajian yang dilakukan, diagnosa keperawatan utama yang diangkat adalah nyeri akut. Salah satu intervensi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi masalah keperawatan nyeri akut adalah pemberian kompres dingin coldpack. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kompres dingin cold pack efektif mengatasi nyeri akut pada pasien dengan fraktur tertutup. Asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan fraktur tertutup yang mengalami nyeri akut perlu diperhatikan oleh setiap perawat untuk mencegah terjadinya masalah kesehatan yang lebih berat.
