Abstract
ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY TEST OF ETHANOL EXTRACT OF PANDAN WANGI (Pandanus ammaryllifolius.R) LEAVES AGAINST THE GROWTH OF THE FUNGUS Aspergillus sp ABSTRACT Aspergillosis or Brooder Pneumonia, Mycotic pneumonia or pneumonycosis. Aspergillosis is a disease of the respiratory system caused by infection of fungi orogin from genus Aspergilus. The aim of this research was to determine the potential of ethanol extract of fragrant pandan leaves (pandanus ammaryllifolius.R) on the growth of the fungus Aspergillus sp. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from experiments in the laboratory. The sample used was ethanol extract of fragrant pandan leaves with concentrations of 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% with repetitions of 3 times each. Testing in the laboratory used the disc diffusion method with the antimicrobial test medium PDA (potato dextrose agar) with the following average results: ethanol extract of fragrant pandan leaves with concentrations of 20% (5,99 nm), 30% (7.29 nm), 40% ( 9.75 nm), 50% (12
