Abstract

GAMBARAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN (HBSAG) PADA IBU HAMIL DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH BANGLI KABUPATEN BANGLI ABSTRAK Kehamilan merupakan suatu kondisi yang diawali dengan konsepsi yang akan berkembang menjadi fetus yang aterm dan diakhiri proses persalinan. Parameter pemeriksaan dapat digunakan untuk memantau kesehatan selama kehamilan, seperti pemeriksaan detak jantung janin, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan laboratorium dan pemeriksaan HBsAg. Hepatitis B merupakan peradangan atau infeksi pada sel hati yang disebabkan oleh virus. Tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg pada ibu hamil di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bangli Kabupaten Bangli. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik non probability secara purposive sampling. Pemeriksaan HBsAg menggunakan metode imunokromatografi secara rapid test. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada 36 ibu hamil HBsAg dengan hasil Reaktif sebanyak 2 orang (5,6%) dan NonReaktif sebanyak 34 orang (94,4%). Sedangkan pada hasil Reaktif karakteristik usia kehamilan yaitu pada trimester III berjumlah 2 orang (5,6%), riwayat vaksin sebanyak 3 orang (8,3%), riwayat merokok berjumlah 2 orang (5,6%), sedangkan tidak ada responden dengan riwayat sakit organ hati dan minum beralkohol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hanya didapatkan hasil Reaktif pada usia kehamilan trimester ke III. Kata kunci: HBsAg, Hepatitis B, Ibu hamil DESCRIPTION OF HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN (HBSAG) EXAMINATION RESULTS IN PREGNANT WOMEN AT BANGLI REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL, BANGLI DISTRICT ABSTRACT Pregnancy is a condition that begins with conception which will develop into an aterm fetus and end with labor. Examination parameters can be used to monitor health during pregnancy, such as fetal heart rate examination, physical examination, laboratory examination and HBsAg examination. Hepatitis B is an inflammation or infection of the liver cells caused by a virus. The purpose of the study was to determine the results of HBsAg examination in pregnant women at Bangli Regional General Hospital, Bangli Regency. The type of research used is descriptive using non probability technique by purposive sampling. HBsAg examination using immunochromatography method in rapid test. The results of research that has been done on 36 HBsAg pregnant women with reactive results as many as 2 people (5.6%) and nonreactive as many as 34 people (94.4%). While in the Reactive results, the characteristics of gestational age in the third trimester amounted to 2 people (5.6%), a history of vaccines as many as 3 people (8.3%), a history of smoking amounted to 2 people (5.6%), while there were no respondents with a history of liver disease and drinking alcohol. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that only reactive results were obtained in the third trimester of pregnancy. Key words: HBsAg, Hepatitis B, Pregnant women
