Abstract
Low Back Pain (LBP) a common health problem found in the community is the most common musculoscletal disorder in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to identify nursing care in elderly patients with LBP in the fulfillment of sense of comfort in UPT Kesmas Sukawati I Gianyar. The type of research used is descriptive with case study design. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. This study obtained 2 respondents who suffer from LBP who experience a sense of discomfort caused by symptoms of the disease in Banjar Pamesan Ketewel Village District Sukawati Gianyar. Based on the results of research conducted on both patients can be concluded after being given therapy lower back massage for 10 minutes the patient felt the comfort of the pain scale to 3. However, in the second patient experienced discomfort in the lower back due to the pain scale home work 6. To both families after being given information about LBP is expected to recognize the signs of symptoms and management performed if the pain arises in the lower back.
