Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN POST SEKSIO SESAREA DENGAN TERAPI PIJAT TEKNIK MARMET DI RUANG KENANGA RSUD BANGLI Ni Ketut Juliawati Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: liajulia408@gmail.com ABSTRAK Terapi pijat teknik marmet adalah metode memijat dan menstimulasi payudara menggunakan tangan agar ASI keluar lebih optimal. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan mengetahui asuhan keperawatan menyusui tidak efektif pada pasien post seksio sesarea dengan terapi pijat teknik marmet di Ruang Kenanga RSUD Bangli. Karya ilmiah ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19-22 September 2023. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan data bahwa pasien mengeluh tidak percaya diri, cemas, dan produksi ASI sedikit. Diagnosis keperawatan yaitu menyusui tidak efektif berhubungan dengan ketidakadekuatan suplai ASI. Intervensi keperawatan yaitu edukasi menyusui dengan kriteria hasil status menyusui membaik. Intervensi inovasi yang diberikan yaitu terapi pijat teknik marmet tiga kali sehari selama tiga hari. Evaluasi keperawatan didapatkan hasil bahwa status menyusui membaik. Kesimpulan: terapi pijat teknik marmet dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI ibu post seksio sesarea dan mengatasi menyusui tidak efektif. Saran: bagi petugas kesehatan dapat menangani pasien post seksio sesarea dengan keluhan produksi ASI yang sedikit dengan memanfaatkan terapi pijat marmet untuk meningkatkan suplai ASI. Kata Kunci: Menyusui, Pijat, Diagnosis Keperawatan BREASTFEEDING NURSING CARE IS INEFFECTIVE FOR POST CESAREAN SECTION PATIENTS WITH MARMET TECHNIQUE MASSAGE THERAPY IN THE KENANGA ROOM AT BANGLI REGIONAL HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Marmet technique massage therapy is a method of massaging and stimulating the breasts using the hands so that milk comes out more optimally. This scientific work aims to determine that nursing care is not effective in post cesarean section patients with marmet technique massage therapy in the Kenanga Room of Bangli Hospital. This scientific paper uses a descriptive method with a case study approach which will be carried out on September 19-22, 2023. The results of the study showed data that patients complained of insecurity, anxiety, and little milk production. The nursing diagnosis of ineffective breastfeeding is associated with inadequate milk supply. Nursing intervention, namely breastfeeding education with the criteria of improving breastfeeding status results. The innovative intervention provided was massage therapy marmet technique three times a day for three days. Nursing evaluation found that breastfeeding status improved.
