Abstract
ABSTRACT Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that does not produce enough insulin or body ineffectiveness in using insulin. One classification of DM is Type II DM in which insulin-related disorders and insulin disorders in type II diabetes. Epidemiologically estimated in the year 2030 the prevalence of DM in Indonesia reached 21.3 million. In UPT Kesmas Sukawati I prevalence data of Type II DM patient Only 1,330 people and included in the list of 10 major diseases at UPT Kesmas Sukawati I in 2016. The purpose of this research is Diabetes Meilitus Type II with nutritional deficiency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with case study approach in elderly patients Diabetes Meilitus Type II with impaired deficit Nutrition. According to the results obtained in the data on the assessment of patients 1 and 2 patients when compared with the theory found the same sign, the patient was diagnosed to appear the same diagnosis in patient 1 and patient 2 that is nutritional disorder, intervention in patients 1 and 2 was in accordance With the existing theory, apply nursing in accordance with the rules set out in patients 1 and 2, Patient 1 and patient 2 with results according to theory.
